Ordered delivery through a third party App. When I received my food, there was an item missing. When I attempted to call the restaurant, there was no answer. I proceeded to call another three times and still no answer. Will not order from here again.

This was my first time trying this place and the reviews did not lie nor disappoint! The service was absolutely amazing, the broth was chefs kisses, our server was an absolute gem. He made sure our service was amazing and even packaged up what we had left of our pho. I was surprised to learn they are a family owned business which is my go to’s anyway. I will definitely be back!

Pho-get-it! We ate here Saturday and ended up spending the night glued to the bathroom with severe food poisoning. The combo noodle bowl, beef curry, and spring rolls were the culprits. We even got a to-go for our daughter—but thankfully didn’t let her eat it. Cleanliness and food safety? Questionable at best. Avoid this place unless you enjoy chaos in your bowels. Sadly, we won’t be back, but we hope this review helps spare another unsuspecting customer three days of distress. Unfortunately, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident.

Greeted with friendly staff. However I ordered a combination noodle bowl. Really disappointed in what I received especially for the price. Overpriced and less than satisfactory food. I’ve had better quality food for a cheaper price. This plate came out to $19.75 after tax. Noodles are slimy, meat does not have seasoning, veggies are old and soggy. Eggrolls is burnt. Very disappointing.

Recently moved to the area and was able to quickly hone in on this place as the best spot. Their Pho Tai broth is magical, and I will be ordering it for the foreseeable future. I was also extremely impressed with the customer service and friendly atmosphere. My daughter loved it as well. 10/10 would recommend!
For starters i ordered stir fry with broccoli & steak w noodles. my plate gets brought out with broccoli & steak , but the noodles are white and clumped together. stir fry means everything is STIR FRIED together. Not only that i ended up asking for fried rice to hopefully finish my food but, it was bland and not worth eating. My food got entirely too cold too fast due to the fans directly above the table. The spring rolls and wontons are okay but my friends spring roll was still crunchy as if they didnt soak the paper & my wontons were full of oil since it seems they didn't let them sit for a while to get the oil off before servicing. My friend got bon bo hue and it was disgusting. The noodles were expanded as if theyre were soaking in the broth for a long period of time, flavorless and no spice or red broth color just brown + the sriracha we were going to put in the broth had no flavor and was watery, probably due to no ac so its hot in the building. No AC so the water gets warm fast. 1 Server for the whole entire place who was also doing the to-go orders. Ive been to family owned businesses but this may have been the worst establishment ive been to. Worst $31 i spent ever and no, i didnt tip this time either. Ill stick to my Bronze Empire Hot Pot.
