Our neighborhood pho spot. Glad to have this solid place down the street.

This place is awesome and never disappoints. Tip them well and give them so much business that they are forced to open more locations!

Ordered some food to go and when I got home I noticed a leak and there was broth all inside the bag. I immediately checked and the lid was still secured to the container. I called to explain the situation and explained that the container must be faulty and was told they’ve never dealt with that before, and I was instructed to bring back all the food back because other customers have tried to get over on them before. I couldn’t help but be offended as it would be a complete waste of my time to try and get free soup by making a mess with broth in a bag. I explained that I couldn’t make it back over there, and was told that “no offense, but you’d have to come back here for me to make it right” to which I replied “yeah, I’ll probably just never come now” the guy on the phone quickly hung up on me as I asked for his name. I called back immediately and was denied 4 times before they picked up again. I asked the person who answered if he was the person who I just spoke with because I want to leave the persons name who talked to me in the review I’m about to leave to which he responded “it doesn’t matter, we’re a family business. Go ahead and leave a review. We don’t need your business.” Sounds like nepotism to me, I love supporting family owned businesses but refuse to ever go back to Vivo pho as their customer service skills are seriously lacking. What’s really funny is if you look back just a few weeks ago, there’s a bad review about a broth container leaking. Yet “they’ve never dealt with this before” is what I what I was told when I told them the container must be faulty. TLDR: They accused me of trying to get over on them when I had broth leak all in my bag.

If it says you’re open until 9:30 on your website and google, it’s super annoying to close at 8:45. I drove over here to get a quick takeout pho, and completely wasted my time.Edit: decided to try again, and wish I hadn’t. Pho Chay wasn’t pho broth, and had NO flavor… completely bland. Maybe worse, the noodles were broken into tiny pieces, so they were impossible to eat with chopsticks. This place and their food dishonor what pho is supposed to be. There was also a bathroom smell permeating the dining room. Gross!

By far best Phi hands down. The family that runs it is amazing. You will get nothing but great service here. They make you feel like family and treat you exceptionally. If you love pho than you need to at least try this place for yourself and judge. You will not be disappointed.

Ordered through Uber, picked it up living less than 10 minutes away. Kept in my to lap so it wouldn’t jolt around lap as I drove home and when steaming hot broth started to leak all over my legs, I grabbed it from the bottom to avoid ripping but by that time it had leaked the corners out to the point the bag ripped. one landing in the floor of my truck and the other right in my lap. This was 5 minutes after picking up the order. Went back and all they offered was more broth and some paper towels. Said they never leak and this never happens. Got more broth, and this time set it upright in the passenger seat and literally buckled it in. Got home and it’s leaking just the same. Called to let them know and no answer. I like this place and have been going for years. What are the odds it leaks twice? Now I have to rent a rug doctor to shampoo and detail my truck.

I was pretty excited to try this place because they offer ox tail pho. Very few places in Denver offer that. It's not worth getting the ox tail pho here. The meat hasn't been cooked enough and doesn't come off the bone without a bunch of effort. Because it won't come off with utensils you have to use your hands to grab the bone and gnaw the meat off.Otherwise flavor was mid. If you come here duck stick to the more run of the mill offerings, especially at the $18/bowl price point.

Absolutely the WORST pho I've ever had. I ordered it for takeout. Arrived home to find that the meat (packaged separately) was frozen solid. Also it lacked bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños and cilantro which typically accompany pho. Instead, there was approximately 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions and two leafs of cilantro. VERY disappointed given the high reviews given this establishment. If you're looking for good pho, this is NOT the place to order from.

I typically don't post reviews, but felt I must do so now to save others from making my mistake. Absolutely, hands down, the WORST pho I've ever had and as I'm in my 60s and have eaten a lot of pho, this says a lot. I ordered takeout and returned home to find that the meat, packaged separately, was FROZEN solid. My order did not include any sprouts, basil, cilantro or jalapeños which typically accompany pho. Rather I received approximately 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions and 2 cilantro leaves. To top it off, the broth was flavorless. I am VERY disappointed given the high reviews this restaurant was given. Save your money and buy top ramen at King Soopers across the street. A fraction of the cost and as satisfying as this restaurant's pho.
