Hotel Colorado Restaurant & Bar

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had the broccoli and cheddar soup to start with which was delicious and then we both had fish for dinner which did not disappoint. The dessert selection looked great, but we couldn't eat another bite.

I really enjoyed my experience at the restaurant in the Colorado Hotel. The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. The ambience is beautiful — I especially loved the fountain with the koi fish, it added such a peaceful touch. The service was amazing, attentive, and friendly.

I highly recommend trying the mini burger tasting with four different kinds — such a fun idea and really tasty! The flatbread and chicken quesadillas were also excellent. Overall, between the great food, wonderful service, and the charm of the hotel’s patio, it was a perfect dining experience.

Our server was amazing! The food is not great, and the atmosphere is just not there: the hotel is clearly going for an old-timey vibe, but some design choices such as cheap plastic plants on tables ruin the atmosphere. The hotel should put more effort to match the style with the overall aesthetic and work on improving the food quality.

Well let's start with the good. Incredible atmosphere on the patio, beautiful view, friendly and prompt hostess. Yummy crab cake starter and good drinks. Server was pretty slow to get to the table but good after that. I ordered the filet and my husband the ribeye. They came out while we were 2/3 through our salad and crab cake which was fine...looking forward to the steak! The steak was awful. Both were super raw and very fatty. I could barely cut my filet let alone eat it all. More than half of it stayed on my plate! So disappointed because they were 56 and 58 bucks. I have never left Outback steakhouse that disappointed and the cost for Ourback is a fraction of the cost of this dinner. We were trying to celebrate too so definitely left a sour taste...
We were excited to give the restaurant another chance. We are local and came here last on my birthday in April and no one even came to seat us even though a few servers walkwd by us waiting...so we left after 15 min.
All in all, really lovely place to get an app and drinks if the patio is open.

Undercooked eggs. Overcooked beef and salmon. Somehow both under and overcooked potatoes with no seasoning. Water fountain in the restaurant that makes it difficult to hear people speaking. Tap water tasted funky. Service was okay. Just avoid, go to any of the other options Glenwood Springs has to offer instead!

No vegan options for breakfast. Had to pay full price for side of veggies and toast. $18 for sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Should have been charged as a side. Service was nice but slow. Good they could make vegan. But sad

Our server Kipp was amazing. The decor, ambiance, and vibe is great. The food and cocktails are overpriced for what they are; decent presentation And flavor but the prices.... Yeah. Would still recommend.
