This is an amazing option for something different in downtown Glenwood Springs. I try to get something new every time I go and each item is better than the last! Friendly staff and a short wait time, I would recommend that everyone try Bumbu at least once.

Loved this place! Having lived in Bali,, this Indonesian food truck in the heart of Glenwood Springs was the closest taste of Indonesia we’ve had in a long time! - a refreshing change to the norm. Lovely, friendly Indonesian staff ☺️ ,,,& the home made sambal spot on 🌶️👌🏾😋
Plenty of seating outdoor by the truck. My only gripe would be perhaps an enclosure of some sort over the winter months for warmth. Apart from that, enjoyed it very much. We’ll be back…

We’ve experienced a lot of food in Glenwood, but this was by far the best service we've had. Even though it's a food truck, they went above and beyond by delivering our meal—a pleasant surprise we didn’t expect! The delivery person/chef was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even better. We were so blown away by the service that we wanted to tip him, but he initially didn’t want to accept it. We insisted and gave it to him anyway. The food itself was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and hands down the warmest meal we've had in town. Everything tasted like it was just made, and we couldn't have asked for a better dining experience

Looked at Google Reviews and the food truck's 4.9 star rating. Really wanted to like this, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. Although the owner is very friendly, the food was disappointing and below average. I had the #9 Bulgogi Beef. Very little beef and it tasted like average store-bought ground beef w/out much flavor. My wife had one of the noodle dishes w/tofu but again, the food was relatively dry and tasteless. I'm sorry we can't recommend it.
