Came here to grab a few sandwiches between activities. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and were greeted with attitudes by the employees who were sure to express their discontent with our arrival time. Not only were the employees rude, the food looked really bad. Dark meat butterball turkey and what appeared to be frozen meatballs were what I observed over the counter. We ended up walking out due to a discrepancy of available toppings as well as their credit card machine not capturing my payment. We would never return to this establishment, as convenient as the location may be. Work on your customer service and consider closing earlier if that’s how you treat paying customers who visit within business hours.

Great little sandwich spot. Authentic local restaurant that you're always in search of. Disappointed in myself that I didn't find it sooner! Love the location, as it is on the opposite side of downtown. Real quick off and on interstate, if just passing through.

I was hesitating a little bit to go here after reading some negative reviews but it looked like the best option for lunch on our i70 road trip - ordered an Italian sub and it was absolutely amazing! Perfect rest stop on our drive from Denver to Telluride and the sub was ready in just a couple of minutes. The owner was friendly enough and said hello as soon as we walked in. Bathroom was decently clean as was the restaurant so I’m not sure what some of the other people are talking about. Yes Fox News was playing but it’s muted so if that bothers you just don’t face the tv I guess if you eat inside the restaurant. Highly recommend!!

Sandwiches were delicious BUT the restaurant was not very clean. Tables all had crumbs on them, booth seats had duct tape, ceiling was dust black from air vents, got ice and water in provided small cups but twice had things floating in water... not sure if it was ice dispenser or water dispenser. Needs a refresh in cleaning.

We've been traveling to Colorado for work, trying a lot of different places. This is by far the BEST! Chicken noodle soup was delicious, bread is perfect on sandwiches, great price for the area! Definitely will be back!!
Sandwiches are available in multiple sizes which I appreciate since I do best with a smaller sandwich, but my husband eats either a regular or large when we are at a sandwich restaurant or deli. Chomp's is in walking distance to several hotels in Glenwood Springs as well as the train station and downtown shops. We stayed in Glenwood the previous night and were heading out on the train, so we walked to Chomp's to grab some sandwiches to enjoy as our train trip started. Two of us got Italian sandwiches which were tasty and elevated by the bread. Although service wasn't overwhelmingly friendly, the gentleman at the counter did suggest my husband add deli mustard to his corned beef brisket and Swiss sandwich which was a welcome addition. His sandwich was by far the best of our selections. Worth a stop if you are in Glenwood Springs.

We had the Italian and the hot pastrami with Swiss and both were so good! The bread to inside ratio was spot on and the bread was fantastic! Great little lunch spot!

Stopped in for a quick bite as we were spending the day driving up and down 70. Got a pastrami and swiss, with a number of add-ons. Bread was good and crusty, pastrami was fantastic, all the other ingredients were good and fresh! Too bad this place isn't a few hundred miles closer!
