Smallest large fries I’ve ever received. Good thing I didn’t get a small, at this ratio I wouldn’t have gotten any fries. They at least tasted good.:) The girl told me she couldn’t mix slushie flavors… but I used to work at Dairy Queen so I know you can. Pretzels were stale also tho.

We needed a blitz and some soft serve. We also had some chicken tenders on our way back from Palisade, CO
The waitstaff were very friendly. It was what we needed to address our special needs

My family came in to get some ice cream about 930 pm. It took 45 minutes and it was half melted. I ordered the banana split. It was basically soup. My daughter got a blizzard, it was literally sloshing out the sides. She ended up putting it in the freezer when we got to our hotel across the street so it could solidify a bit. My wife got a medium Sunday that was filled maybe halfway. We usually love Dairy Queen, this one, however, might be the worst one in the state.

Went through the drive thru to get ice cream and fries. Didn't check the bag until we got home to find a 1/2 filled box of fries. How do you mess up filling a box of fries
Shoutout Ana ! Super sweet and friendly! She was super kind!

I came to the drive through, I placed my order, they gave me my total and asked me to get to the window, I parked there and the employees were gossiping around, I could hear the entire conversation, waited there while the guy at the drive up was serving sodas thinking that it was part of my order, when he finished talking to the other employees all he came to say to me was…”sorry but we closed the kitchen.”
Why would they take my order and give me the total and tell me to pull up to the window?
I came almost full 15 minutes before closing to be told the kitchen is closed, after waiting to pay and thinking my order was ready at 10:56 I was told that and that was before 11pm. If I was told since taking my order that it was closed I would have been ok…the food here is great but definitely lack quality customer service…I’m not talking about all your employees but definitely the closing crew on 6/6/25, I would understand if there were no customers in but there was still people eating inside.

Stopped at the drive-thru for a quick lunch while on a cross-country road trip. The service was kind and fast, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, they forgot the dressing for my salad, which was a bit of a letdown especially when you're eating on the go and can’t turn around. Overall a decent stop.

Ordered a Blizzard and asked to add brownies to it. Got a Blizzard without brownies and when I mentioned it, I was told to deal with it. Horrible manager!
