Similar bad experience with delivery. App says pizza came out at 10:37 pm, it's 11:36 pm now. Would have been better off picking it up myself. I don't recommend ordering delivery. Maybe it's a weekend night issue.

I placed an order through door dash to our hotel, and their delivery timing was way off. I called the store twice to ask about what was happening. Brian who answered was so kind and assured me that all was well and dinner was on the way. I was very annoyed that it would show up cold, however Brian assured me that it wouldn’t and he would make it right if it did. He was right and his customer service skills was amazing. Thanks Brian. Happy teenagers fed here.

I dined in and had some work to take care of. This crew is courteous with customers and each other. They served and acknowledged everyone promptly and courteously. As drivers left to deliver pizzas, someone always said be careful, be safe. They were happy to see each other and worked well together. It was great to be a customer and experience this. Kudos to Management for creating this environment. Oh and my pizza and garlic bread were exceptional.

Waited for 45 min for the pizza to be delivered with no sign. Called and was not helped at all. I offered to come get it if they were willing to make a new one associates answer to me was “well it’s been sitting on the heat rack so no, it will be delivered soon”. For $35 for one large one topping pizza frankly unacceptable service.
