We've been to El Tapartio in Flagstaff, AZ a couple of times. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that the Glenwood location was part of the family chain and had high expectations. Wow they have a lunch menu with really good prices like Fajita Plate for $13.50 or Tampiqueña for $15.25 and this is very good pricing on some things I usually wouldn't order for dinner when it is more expensive
The food was hot and plentiful and reasonably priced. The Carne Asada melted in my mouth. The decor was colorful and pretty. One of the owners came to check on and greet us. Staff was friendly but didn't interact in English much.
If you're in the mood for a bit more authentic Mexican food. This place will fit the bill.
