My partner and I LOVE this spot, and anytime we are in or around Glenwood, we make it a priority to order food from here. Their hand selected potatoes are NO joke. The veggie korma is so deliciously creamy, and you must try the tangy mango pickle, that has been a game changer. The iced chias are also to die for. Not only are the waiters kind and very timely, but there are cute cat robot waiters as well! 7/5 overall, would highly recommend.

Stopped here because I had to charge my car nearby, quiet contemplative space. Outdoor seating. Food was excellent. This is now my favorite charging stop from Denver to Moab

Food was outstanding! They took our order even after they closed. They were super friendly. If you’re looking for some of the best Indian food I would 100% recommend Everest Nepal.

First time eating here, Wanted to support this Nepali restaurant but didn’t feel like it. We always tip at least 20% but didn’t leave a dollar this time at this restaurant cause, we were shown our table rather than taken to it, waited a bit longer than normal to order our food despite the restaurant being almost empty. Our check was brought while we were not even done. Asking your customers if they are ready for their check would be better the next time. Your customers might wanna have desserts and if the check is just supposed to be brought any time, you better serve your dessert with your appetizers or not serve at all. Not sure if you guys assumed us being ā€œNON NEPALIā€ or ā€œNON WHITEā€. Thanks. And, please work on your Veg Momo. Had a different odor ( Not gone bad) but didn’t taste like our Nepali momo. We were super hungry to complain and order something else but yeah (Not your issue as we could have told you right away but we were checked on once immediately after dropping the food off and seemed like you all were ready to get us out of the restaurant).

This restaurant offers very tasty šŸ˜‹ options. The shrimp(my favorite )šŸ¤ masala was delicious. The garlic butter naan was divine. The traditional chicken šŸ” curry was perfect. Their specialty cold iced Chai like tea was refreshing and thirst satisfying, not to mention absolutely delicious.

Disappointed to say the least. I ordered water, garlic Naan, and chicken Vindaloo 10/10 heat level. I told the server twice I wanted 10/10 HOT. The garlic Naan was fine, the rice served was plain white rice. The Vindaloo had nice large pieces of chicken and potatoes. The flavor was ok but the huge disappointment was the heat level. There was absolutely no spiciness at all, I'm not joking when I say Tabasco is hotter. I was absolutely let down Vindaloo is supposed to be spicy, which is a signature dish. When the server came back to check on me I had eaten less than half of the meal, he asked how it was, I told him that is not hot and spicy in any way he seemed to be surprised and asked me if I wanted some chili oil for it. That is unacceptable to think that I'm expected to dump greasy chili oil into a poorly made dish. I told him no thank you paid my $30 bill and left completely disappointed

Robots deliver the food so that was neat but the food was good. I got a level two spice for masala and it was hot I can’t imagine going hotter. 10/10 would go back.

This was a nice peaceful restaurant. Something cool... There were robot caddies for carrying the food to your table with the waiter walking along.

I'm really glad we stumbled upon this little restaurant... after two others were unusually busy. First off, the place is a touch quirky. They seem very proud of their two robot waiters...even as it appears to actually slow down service. The host(s) were extremely pleasant and attentive though and we quickly started to appreciate the relaxed pace/vibe. The perfect place to meet up with family or friends.

The food is uniformly standard/good. My wife didn't pick it up, but to my senses the Garlic Naan, Lamb Masala and the Chicken Biryani all had a very distinctive and very dry smokiness (with the open kitchen it was faintly noticeable at times). Interesting, just a little different from any Nepalese/Indian restaurant I've been to. We ordered the Biryani (noted the host says as Biriyani) with medium heat. Again theirs is slightly distinct from any I've had before, the heat was all in the background but quite noticeable, sharp and dry. Whatever regional influences they're showcasing, I certainly prefer it to the sometimes over Americanized alternatives.

The only complaint was the lack of a smaller portion of vegetable Momo... I will have to try them next time.
