Overall the food was delicious however, it took us at ask the Hostess what happened to my drink that i ordered. I waited over 20 minutes for a glass of wine. Hostess comes back and said they didn't carry the wine that i ask for. Our waitress could have told me that and ask if i wanted something else. Also one of my party guests RibEye steak was too fatty. He said it was very tender and good wish there was more meat. The evening was save by the Desserts we try one over every thing and they was all delicious.

What a surprise! I stumbled upon Hugo’s while driving through GS and had such a fabulous meal. Everything was amazing the moment I walked though the door. The service was perfect but the food was even more perfect. My kids said the chicken fingers and fries were the best they ever had! I can’t wait to come back! The burrata is outstanding BTW!Parking: No issues with fighting for a spot or street parking

My wife & I regularly visit Glenwood Springs & we wanted to try a new restaurant instead of our routine places. We are so glad we tried Hugo’s! Amazing food! We’ve eaten at Vegas & all over the world & Hugos is one of our new favorites. Hugo has a 5 star level presentation, taste & service. It was almost like being on the Vegas Strip right in the mountains. 10/10 highly recommend. PLUS! They’re LGBTQA+ friendly & went above & beyond for us. It was such a special experience. Thank you to our server & Hugo.

My wife and I went to Glenwood Springs for her birthday week, and Hugos proved to be an amazing local restaurant for all occasions. We went for dinner, lunch, and brunch! When we went to dinner, we mentioned at the end we were celebrating my wife's birthday. We went the next day for lunch, and they gave us a slice of cake with Happy Birthday decorated on the plate. They also had overheard the couple next to us were celebrating the mom's birthday, and they came out with a Tiramisu when they mentioned that was their favorite dessert! The service was exceptional. My only advice would be open earlier for brunch as you will get more customers! I would recommend this place on any day of the week ending in y.

So delicious and great portions! You definitely get what you pay for. This place was also very clean. We definitely plan to return.

8 of us were in Glenwood Springs for a few days of fishing and the original restaurant we had planned was closed. So we stumbled upon Hugo's and we couldn't have been happier! Everything we tried from the appetizers, dinners, and desserts where simply amazing! So much so that we went back the very next night for more!! Hugo's is a must try if your ever in Glenwood Springs! We will definitely be back!

What an absolute gem tucked away in this adorable little town! Service couldn't have been better, smiles all around from the patrons. The presentation is the best I've seen (possibly ever, certainly in CO), food was delicious. Caught myself eyeing up the bolognese at the table to my right, I'd say it's my excuse to come back in the very near future!

This is a must go to restaurant in Glenwood! The atmosphere was classy and the food is on another level. I got the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. It melted in my mouth. The veggies underneath had a salty sweet sauce. It was amazing! Could not have thanked Chef Hugo enough for the perfect dinner! If you find yourself in Glenwood check this restaurant out!

Pricy, but one of the best meals I've had in years. Started with the calamari - delicious. The 10 oz beef tenderloin, jumbo prawns and potato fingerlings were amazing - enough there to split with a companion, I ended up with leftovers for lunch. The flavors, sauces and presentation were top notch. It's great to see GS get a better choice for fine dining.

What a delightful surprise this restaurant is! It had received great ratings on Yelp, and a few locals highly recommended it. The dining room is lovely, and the service is great. The level! The chicken lollipops and fried pickles were unique and savory. The pickled vegetables on the charcuterie board were clearly homemade. We tried the pork chop and a couple pasta dishes, all of which were delicious. We were stuffed, but Hugo himself insisted we try a couple desserts. They might have been the best part of the meal! I like to eat out to try foods I wouldn't make it home, and Hugo's is definitely serving up something very special. I highly encourage stopping in for dinner, and I've heard their brunch is also exceptional. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

The food was absolutely wonderful and so was the service! We came to celebrate my husband's birthday and I picked Hugo's based on the menu and pictures on yelp. The exterior of the building made me question whether we were in the right place a little, The interior and food blew me away. Wonderful dinner and atmosphere and highly recommend! I had the Ribeye and my husband had the swordfish special.
