GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.They never brought out chips and salsa, even after asking. They microwaved most of our food, and spread out small portions to look bigger. Customer service was absolutely lacking. And from what I read they respond to bad reviews by cussing out customers.A true shame to be somewhere as beautiful as here and to experience something like this.

If i could give these guys a - star I would. Service was absolutely horrendous. Had to ask for chips and salsa. Then wait 15 minutes each for a drink that came out one at a time. We asked to split our check and they didn't know how. Then our party of 6 (3 of which are kids) was charged 25% gratuity. When we tried to dispute we were told "your service was good" and the tip is deserved. We asked to add our own, and were denied. No sign posted that says certain size parties are charged that either. The food was decent, but overall I would never step foot here again. I'm a local too. So its unfortunate.

OVERPRICED, Unseasoned, tasteless, food is spread out to look like more for presentation. Plus stale and strange tasting chips, and watery and tasteless salsa which had to be requested and only brought after you ordered the food. The water had a funky taste also. There were hidden surcharges and did I mention overpriced!!? ! Do not go!

I couldn't decide what to eat and ended up walking in here to take a peek at the menu on a Sunday night despite the online reviews. I received a very friendly welcome which made me decide to sit at the bar and give this place a shot. I ordered the skirt steak dinner and loved it. Wasn't the biggest portion of meat, or rice and beans for that matter, but for a Chicago boy this plate was on point. Loved the small salad which came on the plate with the meal, which I don't usually get at a Mexican restaurant. I could imagine this place being overwhelmed by a busy dinner crowd but I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner tonight.

This place is just BAD. You get ONE thing of chips and weird fishy tasting salsa. No matter if you have two people or 5 like we did. Also, be prepared to pay 20% gratuities for 5 or over even if not all eat. Hubs got a seafood Chimichanga and it came out as a beef (maybe) burrito with shrimp on top. I got fajitas and and I don't think I've ever had them not sizzling when the came out until now. Also only came with onions and peppers. Not the mushrooms and zucchini as advertised and no cheese, lettuce , or tomatoes like literally every other place. It seemed like it was all frozen. Hubs also had something floating in his water glass and they gave him an eye roll when he asked for a new glass. We only went here because there wasn't an hour wait like everybody else had and now we DEFINITELY know why!! Just WAIT for something better!

Horrible service . Food was Def sub par.Waited 15 mins had to ask for chips and salsa 3x before it showed up. Couldn't get a side of sour cream in 20 mins. Finally came when the unfavorable food was long finished. Trash ?

I'm so disappointed. Wish I'd have read reviews in advance. Wandered over because the bbq place was too full. I can't believe the prices! The food wasn't seasoned, just overall terrible. It was more expensive than anything downtown and honestly it's the only reason I gave it a shot. I figured if they charge an average of 20+ per entree that's basic, it must have been high quality ingredients and tasty. The menu descriptions also make it sound like they know what they are doing by describing "secret" seasonings and special homemade sauces. Instead it was flavorless, bland, and sometimes just not good at all. The salsa is like tomato juice with some onions in it. That should have tipped me off to leave but they don't bring you the stale chips and unseasoned "salsa" till after you order food. Makes sense! Worst Mexican food I think I've ever had under the guise of authentic food. I couldn't believe the Carne asada didn't even have salt it tasted like edible food, and that's about it. Way too expensive for edible. I wanted to like it, I hate giving bad reviews to local places that look like they really are trying. I hope they figure out how to cook soon. Like just get some kosher salt and season things just a little?

As if you are in Mexico, but in the Colorado mountains. Family owned for 8 years in Glenwood Springs. Monica and Omar work hard to serve you. Clean. Friendly. Familia.

A tidy and cute restaurant with a great seafood menu and the most charming staff. The co owner was friendly and personable, asking where we were visiting from and sharing his story about coming to the US to play football! Very nice guy and a very nice restaurant. I will be

The atmosphere was the best part. A very cute location. The food was very dry and flavorless. We were deceived on what the market price of some of the food was and were charged for a side of ranch they said was free. The service was decent as well.

This food is not really good! The TACOS are nasty or worst. I got the flautas and they were not amazing for the price. The portions are very small for what you pay for. The service mess up our order and honestly is not really his fault he was working hard. He was the only server doing EVERYTHING. The Food is not good. I do NOT recommend this place. I was debating between this place and the BBQ place across. GO TO THE BBQ PLACE. It’s horrible here.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!!!!Giant platters but they smear the food out so it looks like a lot but it isn’t. I was given no more than a tablespoon of sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo, and when I asked for more salsa they wanted to charge me for a side of it. Staff was unfriendly and acted like it was such a chore to be there, and we will never ever go back.

Smallest tacos on earth, will not accommodate a large party even when completely empty. Server left middle of shift. Put a 20% gratuity on us with the worst service ever. Would rather eat paint chips! Salsa was only decent
