We stopped at this restaurant on our way back from Aspen, based on a recommendation from a local. Here’s my honest feedback:
1. Customer Service: The experience felt quite selective. The manager seemed to prioritize American customers, largely ignoring my wife and me. However, a standout was the white American lady working there—she was incredibly attentive, ensured we were comfortable, and even offered us free dessert. Without her, my rating for this place would have been much lower. The other staff, unfortunately, only seemed interested in whether the order was placed, showing little effort to engage or provide a warm dining experience.
2. Food Quality: I ordered Malai Kofta, which I would rate a 5/10. The dish felt underwhelming, with a very basic tomato-based curry. The garlic naan, while tasty, was shockingly overpriced at $5 per piece (and an extra $1 for butter). While I understand the restaurant’s location justifies higher prices, this seemed excessive.

We loved this place so much we ate here twice while visiting! We got Malai kofta and jwano chicken with naan and veggie dumplings - everything was so delicious! Laura took excellent care of us when we dined in. Overall, a must try while in the area!

We were greeted kindly, had delicious food (served by a robot!) in a timely manner and would come frequently if we lived in the area!
We ordered chai, naan, chicken korma, lamb kawab (kebab). Both meals were perfect.

Best chai and daal soup in Colorado. Make sure to order the chai first so you can enjoy it with your meal?
