I recently dined at this restaurant while on vacation from Tampa, FL, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The food was incredibly delicious, with flavors that left me craving more. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. The owner, who hails from Nepal, was especially sweet and made us feel right at home. After four days of searching for good food, this restaurant won my heart, and I would eagerly go back again. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic and delicious cuisine with a side of warm hospitality. In addition to the delicious food and friendly staff, this restaurant also boasts a unique feature: robot servers! My son was absolutely captivated by this futuristic touch, adding an extra layer of excitement to our dining experience. It's not often you get to enjoy a meal served by robots, and it definitely added to the fun for our family. Overall, this restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can't wait to visit again.

If you like Indian or Nepalese food you will love this place. We had the cauliflower potato curry and the Nepalese bbq chicken. Came with rice. We ordered regular naan. Also we had veggie samosa and a napalese app like an egg roll called Momo. It was all amazing. Our 5yo loved it, making “tacos” of the curried rice and cauliflower. We also had some chia tea called cheeya. Amazing. Cute atmosphere. Attentive service by the owner and staff. A little robot (Bella) comes out to deliver your food with the help of the staff, my 5yo was amazed and we thought it was cute too. Would repeat to see more of their menu for sure. We were on spring break road trip for skiing at Sunlight from chicagoland.

This review is for the location on HWY 82. We ate here about 6 years ago and then again this week. The food and service is authentic and awesome. Located in an old strip mall gas station, inside is little dingy but it all adds to the experience. No concerns about the cleanliness in the kitchen. We ate here a second night as we enjoyed the food and staff so much. If you want sterile cookie-cutter restaurant, go to a chain and have their mediocre food. If you want real food, this is your place.

The food was DELICIOUS and the service was great! I highly recommend the Veggie and Chicken Momos, the Veg Biriyani, the Malai Kofta, and the Chicken Masala. The Kheer and the Gulab jamun are also a must have. The owner was really friendly and checked in on us and chatted with us during our dinner. Overall, this restaurant is a good place to go to and I would recommend this place.

If I have 0 star option, I would give 0stars to customer service. The lady who spoke on the phone doesn't know how to speak to the customer. Please teach her how to speak and deal with customers. Nepali customerlya call garouu vandai maa awuna Manlagay awunay natra naaye hunchaa vaneraa kaslaii awunaa maan lagchaa ra?? Too much disgusting behavior. Haait.. Please, the management team, handle it properly. I will not recommend this restaurant.

Ive been all around the country and this is by far my favorite indian joint. Amazing food, excellent service and a fair price for the area. Absolutely taking my hat off to these people. They are AMAZING.FYI Napal restaurant is the one out on 82 closer to Carbondale, the one with "Everst" in the name is in Glenwood springs over by Target. But as far as I know they jave the same owner.

Great little restaurant! The curry is excellent! I went for 6 and the wife did 7 on the spicy scale and it was perfect. Their naan was also excellent, and the service fantastic. A must stop if you are in the Aspen valley!
