It’s honestly a coin toss on whether or not they’re even open. Not even the Target employees know if/when the Express will be open. When they are open, it’s for two hours at most. Basically they make a handful of things when they first open and when they run out they close. So if you want it fresh you need to go as soon as they put out the food. Service is spotty at best. I’ve literally tried to get someone to let me make the purchase, they went on break as soon as they put the food under the heat lamps, so then I left to get groceries, put them in my car and come back in only to spend another 5 minutes trying to see if they’re finished with their breaks. It’s too bad this is the only PH in a 3 hour radius.

Ordered a pizza online tonight at 6:45 PM and it never arrived and now it’s after 9:00 PM. I called and got the order line, they kept trying to connect me with the local store in Glenwood Springs, but the call kept going back to the order line. The local store was closed apparently. So, Pizza Hut charged me $29 for a pizza I never received and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to look into it.

I am beyond sick of ordering food from them and then getting a call 35 minutes later telling me they have no driver. I hope they go out of business, so maybe a real pizza joint, that has you know delivery, or at least the decency to tell me in a timely manner that I cannot have my dinner!

The only thing good about this place was the food. the staff was beyond rude. the little blond girl that was supposedly supposed to be our waitress, was terribly rude. I had to take our menus up to the desk and ask her if i can order after waiting 10 minutes. there wasn't even 5 tables at the time! she finally came to our table took our order. about 15 minutes later we get our appetizer, we finish it and even a while after that comes to our table and asks us if we need boxes
