The meat was great, we had a brisket sandwich. Lots of sauce to choose from. Lost one star because the deviled eggs weren’t that great. Great experience overall though.

Fantastic BBQ and ribs. Great portion size and reasonable prices. The brisket was moist tons of flavor. 5 different bbq sauces, texas hot, carolina, mustard, KC and xxx. The ribs with dry rub were awesome. Coleslaw was sweet and spicy. Great vibe, outdoor seating with spectacular views

Madison was a fantastic server. She recommended the drinks and food for us. The special Mac and cheese with mushrooms, truffle oil and brisket was out of this world! Red Nectar drink was refreshing and delicious. We also had the Texas Dip (brisket) sandwich which melted in our mouth!!

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Smoke. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and delicious. We did the dry rub so that we could sample the five different BBQ sauces on the table. The bacon wrapped shrimp were amazing! And for a side don't forget to order the smokin' slaw.....yummy! Our waiter, Logan, was excellent. Very friendly and attentive. Great job!

Incredible smoked chicken. The pulled pork was amazing too. But the chicken was the best I’ve had. Arnold palmers were so good, made with fresh lemonade. Will definitely go back!
My partner and I came to G springs for our anniversary and popped in to the place to grab some lunch. Heath was an INCREDIBLE server, funny, honest, and very personable.
1. Food was fantastic, came out hot and quick. 2. Bbq sauce options at table for quick flavor. 3. From order to table for a margarita was 3min. 4. Price compared to Denver metro was reasonable and it felt like quality was on a different level.
Recommend the prime rib cheesesteak, mac and cheese, fried pickles, and the smoked wings.

We had a great experience dining here. Our waiter was attentive and proactive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our visit. Our food arrived quickly, and the portions were generous and delicious. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but overall it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely come back

We stopped in Glenwood Springs for the night and hit this place up for dinner. Place was pretty busy, but our server was great. Very attentive. Food was nothing memorable, and wouldn't make the top 10 in my bbq favorites list. We had 3 meat combo (Jalapeno sausage, brisket, pork ribs). Well....sausage was black and way overdone. Brisket was 4 slices with a 50/50 meat to fat ratio. And ribs were actually not bad. Not a huge portion, but at least good. Bbq baked beans were one note and not authentic bbq beans by bbq standard. Mac and cheese was ok, but not like the pictures. Overall, small portion sizes and I guess a resort town bbq.

We arrived at 8 pm on Wednesday night. Had the appetizer nachos, fried pickles, corn muffins, smoke combo platter, and ribs: Huge amount of food, Beef brisket - very tender, Ribs - a little too dry and not tender enough.
Waitress was very cheerful, nice and helpful! Offered to take photos for us. Thanks you!
