If this Starbucks get busy AT ALL it’s like the employees forget or don’t want t do their job right. They start making drinks incorrectly or carelessly. I would rather my drink take two extra minutes and actually get what I ordered. I’m also more likely to tip if you do it right the first time. Most people are understanding when you’re busy, but still expect to get what they ordered made correctly.

I was literally deciding what I wanted to order like I have had arrived like 5 min ago and the lady was like “you should order if you want to hang out here” and I was like ???? People should have time to think want they want to have. Please they should have a better training

Since the new staff started working here I hate coming to this starbuck in City Market. They don't care and do whatever they want with your drink. Last time I asked for low ice on my drink and when I saw the lady putting the hole cup of ice I told her I asked for low, and she she told me that looked low for here and did my drink as she wanted.
