After a 2.5 hour drive I needed my coffee fix and use the restroom. Restroom was clean and normal accessable (some stores now require an access code to use the restroom).
The store is nice and spacious. They could use some more tables, but since it was not so busy I guess it's alright.

I went to the drive through and had a terrible experience with Sarah. She was not only unfriendly, but controlling and just flat out ugly! I came back to get a coffee and they put so much oat milk in my drink, it was cold. Never returning.

I came to this Starbucks to get some work done while my car was being serviced, and it wasn’t too shabby. Your typical Starbucks experience since they are all usually the same, however, this is one of the bigger locations in the valley and has more seating which is nice if you’re trying to camp out and get some work done, so I’m upvoting it as above average for that reason.

I only get two drinks when I go to Starbucks. A caramel macchiato or an americano.
I always order my caramel macchiato grande extra hot with whole milk. There is a history of this on my Starbucks app.
But today I was given 2% at best. It was watery and tasteless. This was even after the person reread my order back to me. When you are paying almost $6 for your coffee drink, it should be made correctly. I would have been fine if told they did not have whole milk. Instead I was given a drink that I did not order. Since it was ordered thru drive thru, I was just stuck with the drink.
Truly disappointing.
I guess Starbucks missed the part of my review that stated it was a drive thru order. Not driving back.

Attendant was rude. Tried to make conversation seemed as was having bad day. Not my issue if she was been a Starbucks member since 2012 never have had this issue in any Starbucks.
