I tried to buy a water and they refused to give me service telling me I need to buy something else. Been going here for years and never had this issue. Keep the water and your carcinogen filled drinks.

This location consistently gets my order wrong. When I politely address it, the staff act annoyed or dismissive, like I’m being a burden for expecting what I paid for. It’s frustrating and honestly makes me hesitant to come back but it’s the closets location opened at that time. A little courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately, that seems to be lacking here.

Very frustrating…. App, google, everything says you open at 4:30. We arrived at 4:40 - went through the drive thru and received the recording that you were closed. If your hours have changed, please update your sites…. If not, please open on time.

I’m a vegetarian, and they didn’t have what I originally wanted (spinach feta) and apparently why didn’t have anything else vegetarian because they gave me something with chicken in it claiming that it’s something that is vegetarian.

Early morning coffee, easy order and was done right. They were the only option at the time.
Wifi wasn't working and the worker whatever her name is. She spells it out and it says in the video. And she knows she is wrong for that. And threatens to call the cops on me for no reason I am not doing nothing wrong just stated I their wifi wasn't working and extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. And why would I want to become a customer if this place you all got to think people and don't want this in the community. I wasn't doing nothing wrong. And discriminated. For stating. They did not provide me with adequate service. And wanting to call the cops for something so silly.
