Never wrote one of these before but had problems the last few years I’ve gone there. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because it’s the staff's working conditions fault. The staff is always EXTREMELY rude. From the second you pull in you are greeted by a worker who couldn't care less. Pull up to the window and they forgot something? Now you have to drive all the way around back to the speaker to get their attention because they basically shove the bag into your hand as fast as they can and then run away and never come back until you leave. I’ve worked fast food a decent amount of time when I first started out and know how it is and I totally get it working in fast food sucks. Underpaid, over worked, etc etc.. but that also doesn’t give you an excuse to take it out on your guests in my opinion. You chose that job so then do that job. There are tons of higher paying jobs that will get you motivated Sorry for my harsh words but honestly just comes down to teens being irresponsible and unprofessional and angry middle aged people who hate their jobs due to previous stated issues. Overall food quality is what you would expect from a Taco Bell. I recommend going inside in the likely chance there is something missing from the bag so then you don't have to wait in the line again for something out of your control. Long story short fast food needs to pay more and worry less about making 80% profit and maybe just maybe workers would care more at these type of jobs.

Ordered ahead and still took a while to get done even though they weren't busy, and after all that waiting they finally come out and tell me they don't even have the drink I ordered. Finally eat my food and realize they didn't even grill my burrito like asked, nor give me any hot sauce whatsoever, which was definitely requested on the order but they also had me pull around to wait for my order and walked off before even asking if I needed sauce even though once again, it was already listed on the order.

I placed a mobile order at this location at exactly 11pm. (An HOUR before they closed) By 11:45 there were no updates so I called the store to ask for one. When I called I explained I had a question about a mobile order and the employee hung up on me. I called back and a different employee answered, and when I explained the situation to them, they said that they had already put all the food away and would not be making our order at all. I explained that we put the order in an hour before they close, and they said that they would still not be making our order. I am now out 50 dollars without a refund. Extremely frustrated with this location.

On 9/4 I went here at 8:30 pm to get a snack after the hot springs. My quesadilla was cold and my friend’s tacos were all broken shells. We asked for no cheese and there was cheese on the tacos. This was a to go order and we live one mile away. Tonight we decided to give this Taco Bell another try. We are residents of Glenwood Springs. I got the nachos bell grande. The chips were mostly broken. Tasted stale and there was barely any topping on the chips. I asked for mild sauce and none were in the bag. This Taco Bell used to be great! What happened?

Taco Bell is a great guilty pleasure, and this place absolutely delivers on that! However...
The open times are completely inaccurate! I came in after a late shift and wanted a snack and even though I showed up at 11:15pm on a weekday their hours listed here and in person said they would be open... They were most definitely not. The woman inside gave me an indication clearly that they were closed but I showed up 45 minutes before closing based on the hours with two cars in front of me trying to get food!? Frankly that's pretty messed up establishially since I had to take twenty minutes out of my day to get a snack. I understand this is a measley issue and I left feeling the same way but the lasting feeling is that this was a pretty unprofessional move. Don't advertise to the public that you are open late when you aren't. Good taco bell food all things considered but, don't show up late. Their late closing times are a total farse.

It's Taco Bell as you would expect. The service slows down considerably when they are even remotely busy.

This Taco Bell is one of the best fast food places I will recommend going here if you are on a road trip it’s under 100$ and the staff are very friendly and good with their service I would love to go back again.
