This place has zero customer service.
Don't bother coming here. If you think you want to eat!
For what I can see, From management down staff here is trash. Don't waste your time.
You will get way better better service at the diner across the street or the Wendy's.

Feels like there's a cloud over this Taco Bell. Closed half of the time when we try to go (during normal business hours). Cashier has a bad attitude when it's open. Hard pass unless you're out of alternative options.

This Taco Bell in Glenwood Springs was excellent! It was late, our group was very hungry and they were open. We pulled up and made a big order and the woman taking our order was very pleasant , helpful and seemed happy to be there. This was really nice, especially since we were so worn out from traveling most of the day. That kindness really helped. I made a mistake in the order and she fixed it with zero fuss. Add to that, the order came out perfectly made and delicious. Thank you Taco Bell picking up our spirits!

I only have 30 minutes for lunch. I won’t be back here. First they tell me they have no ground beef. Then broken English to tell me 4 times to park in the front to wait for my order. Not good speedy service

You would think you would get better food and service for paying a premium price over other Taco Bell locations. Unfortunately, every time I’ve gone here over the last year or so the food has been stale, dry and the service in general pretty rude. My purchase of a crispy chicken burrito was regrettable and I ended up throwing most of it away. Not to mention the drive-through and general location being very hard to get in and out of if there’s any kind of traffic. I don’t believe I will be back despite driving by a few times a week.

My daughter lives in parachute and goes to school at yampah. She doordashed taco Bell today for lunch. Her lunch was not in the bag, she called Taco Bell and they said it's on doordash, sorry. So let me get this straight, doordash picks up a sealed bag and the food taco Bell didn't put in the bag is somehow on doordash?? The biggest problem is my child sat at school all day without lunch that I paid for. When I tried to talk to a manager I was left on hold until I hung up and any attempt to contact the store after was a busy signal. I'm leaving this review so everyone knows this store is ran by absolute trash. Do better.

The food was surprisingly good. As is typical here in the US, the men's restroom had pee on the seat. The reason I'm giving 4 stars though is because the ordering kiosk is very annoying to use. It serves up ads while I'm ordering and it doesn't offer an option to give a printed receipt.
