Kind service and really tasty food! We sat outside and brought the dog. Everyone was sweet with the dog too.

We celebrated our anniversary there and had the best time. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The staff made us feel welcomed and we really enjoyed our dinner. We will be back.

Food was amazing! Our waitress seemed a little off and we had to ask for waters every time and for each thing we needed but she was kind. We'd definitely go again if we lived there.

Our dinner was amazing. Our server April was fantastic. They brought our apps literally within 5 mins. We were there for our anniversary and they set us near the window to see the river and in a great spot. I would return here and I would certainly recommend these folks! Outstanding place and the Pistachio/Tiramisu is off the chart for dessert!

The Pullman always has a rotation of reliably creative dishes on the menu. Fresh local ingredients are highlighted. The menu selection clearly takes into consideration the range of food preferences that there customers have: salads, steak. Pork, pasta, etc . We had a gnocchi dish with local lamb and a carbonara pasta . Both delicious.

It was ok, but not a great value for the price. We started off our dinner with the Ricotta Toast. The bread was pretty "charred". A bit too much for our liking. The menu lists this item with "cured wagyu" but it was more like a thin film and my husband and I didn't even recognize it as wagyu at first. The roasted beets were pretty good, but not nothing spectacular. We should have sent this back, truly, but we normally don't have the nerve to do that. I also had 2 cocktails: "the golden hour" and the "house oldy". The golden hour was very good. A peachy, boozy drink that hit the spot. The house oldy was an old fashioned with a slight kick. Pretty good, but the experience was spoiled by a pit in the cherry that came with the cocktail that could have broken my tooth. I did make our server aware of this in case the cherries they were using had pits. I could have just been unlucky with a stray one that got through with whatever jar of pitted cherries they were using. My husband and I had the pistachio & ricotta gnocchi, and the pan seared salmon. The gnocchi portion was a bit small for my husband and he was snacking about an hour later, but the flavor of pistachio, lamb and gnocchi together were very good. I really enjoyed the pan seared salmon as It was cooked perfectly and was delightful with the farro and edamame. Would we crave these again? Not really. For the price, they were good dishes but not anything that "wowed" us. We probably wouldn't go back, but it wasn't a bad experience. As a side note, our service was great! Very attentive, so thank you!

The food was not very good. I had entree salad. Served in small sized bowl which made it difficult to eat. My husband ordered a crab dip that was somewhat tasteless.

The Pullman is always our favorite place to eat in Glenwood Springs. The food is excellent and service is very good. The pistachio tiramisu was a sumptuous ending to a delightful birthday meal. The only negative about this place is the noise level...the concrete floors and other hard surfaces magnify all the sounds. There are some outdoor tables which would be a preferred alternative in warmer weather.

What a find! We dined on the patio. Food was amazing and service was superb. SO reasonably priced. I highly recommend and will be back!!

Food was sublime! Service a bit slow. Noise level makes hearing people at table a bit of a challenge.
