I wasn't crazy about the menu, hopeful the change in seasons brings a better selection

Wow, everything was so good. Great waiter, great apps, great entrees. Deviled eggs, gnocchi salad, chicken, and braised pork were all great!

Great food and drinks. Most staff have been there for quite a while and seem to enjoy working there. Good atmosphere except for the Carbondale-type people that seem to frequent the place,

Great service, love the atmosphere!Combination of well thought, fantastically prepared food with a laid back vibe. Recommend the braised pork and the ricotta doughnuts for dessert.

Came for a nice dinner during a weekend getaway from Denver.I was very happy to get a reservation at 4:30pm as the restaurant was completely booked on Saturday night (a great sign to start)The Pullman is easy to get to with street parking nearby. The host and hostess were very friendly and got us seated. We were very lucky to have Bridget R. as our server. She did an incredible job of taking care of us from start to finish. We appreciated her suggestions for food and drinks. To start I had the house oldy with Woody Creek, bitters and pistachio. It was well mixed and I'd even for an extra shot of bourbon next time. For appetizers we tried the foie grad creme brulee with toasted bread. My wife really loved it. I thought it was good and enjoyed the pear compote served alongside. It is very rich and something I have not seen before. They also had a scallop appetizer special which was divine. It was cooked perfectly and served in the scallop shell. I even took some of the salt the shell rested on to add more flavor- yum!For entrees my wife had the elk Bolognese with ricotta dumplings, fennel, balsamic vinegar and parm. The dumplings were light and fluffy without falling apart and cooked perfectly. The elk bolognese was not gamy and seasoned very well. This is something I would go back for time and time again. My entrée was a special steak cooked medium (chef's suggestion) with sweet potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, a miso butter and marinated in sake (I believe but can't recall exactly) The server recommended this and it was SO worth it. The steak was cooked perfectly and everything was in harmony. Would definitely get this again. We were too full for dessert but the offerings looked fantastic. Will definitely book the Pullman the next time we venture to Glenwood Springs.

Don't eat hereI was very excited to check this place out. I offered Fois Gras and a steak. The wife had steak salad. The Fois Gras was advertised as something like Creme Brulee but a Fois Gras. It was Creme Brulee. With a scoop of.pear sauce with thick cut toast. Is your chef on meth? This is nothing like Fois Gras it's a desert with toast. Are people that messed up to fall for some poncy made up nonsense? It was a pudding and some sauce with toast. Nothing even remotely like Fois Gras. Did he learn a new word and thought that sounds like something someone who can actually cook would use?The steak came I ordered medium. It was rare on the inside and overcooked on the outside. The Au Jus was just salt mixed with the rare blood of the steak. All you could taste was burnt salt like you're licking the black bits of food on a charcoal grill. In fact pieces of charcoal would of tasted better. Is your guy also drunk? You should fire the chefs and actually hire someone who knows basic cooking skills. Terrible food. The wait staff are friendly and they are constantly busy serving disappointing food to an audience who doesn't know any better.$98 of food for two people which I wished I had never ate. Overpriced garbage.Abysmal.Try elsewhere.

Had an amazing dinner at the Pullman while visiting Glenwood. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting and was packed for a Saturday night (reservations recommended). The food was phenomenal. We ordered the house truffle fries as an app and they were delicious. The Elk Bolognese was the perfect amount of elk flavor without being overpowering. The Squash Agnolotti was rich in flavor without being too busy with all the ingredients. We ordered the Butterscotch Budino to go and it was a perfect end to a perfect meal. Service was exceptional. Shout-out to Janey for being so attentive and making our night special.

I would never go back to this restaurant or recommend this place to someone. It’s rare that I leave anything below a 3 stars but the service, food and accessibility accommodations were below standard for any individual.

We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was amazing! The service was fantastic (thanks Bridget)! Highly recommend if you are visiting the Glenwood Springs area.

We had the sirlion special mainly bc our server raved about it. When received, it had great flavor, but the meat could not have been tougher to chew. She took it off the bill, but we saw so many others eating it with no issue, it was a bit disappointing we didnt get the full experience. Cocktails were a bit out there, and not very typical. Not sure I would have ordered either of them again. I have had amazing dinners at the Pullman previously, and last night they just missed the mark.
