So we are in Glenwood Springs for a long weekend and after reading the reviews on Underbelly, we decided to give them a try. My partner and I shared the El Patrón burger with the parmesian truffle fries. The burger was absolutely amazing. The grilled onions and fried egg top off a perfectly cooked beef patty. The service was fast and friendly on a Thursday evening. If you are having that "I need a great burger" craving, Underbelly is THE place to go in Glenwood Springs!

OMG! AMAZING FRIES AND BURGERS! We were blown away! We got a little lost finding the place but boy am I glad we did. Truffle fries were our favorite we got another order after we finished dessert. Banana pudding was not bad wished they would have had another dessert option but there's always MORE FRIES ?. SOOO GOOOD ?

For a $15 burger, I expected better, especially since their website states they don’t take phone orders to focus on in-person customers. With no contact number available, I had to drive back to get both my burgers fixed. The second time they made the order one of the two burgers was missing tomato and cheese. I didn’t drive back a third time and just sucked it up at that point. Overall, this experience was frustrating and silly.
