Oh man when their pitas looked liked this I would tell everyone, last time we went they were these little triangle pieces. They used to bring them straight from the brick oven and they were puffed up.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The food was outstanding--each dish was a delight. The lamb was incredibly tender and bursting with flavor, while the rice was cooked to perfection. The pita was fluffy and warm, and the hummus was creamy and packed with a wonderful depth of flavor.
