I’ve eaten Vietnamese food around the world and the key to great Pho is the broth. This is some of the best broth and Pho I’ve had in Colorado. This place is small and unassuming but wow, excellent flavor, portion sizes and taste!
We had an AMAZING experience. The food was so good, we had the pho and dumplings. Our server was very nice and always attentive. She helped us put the extra pho in the containers and everything!
I had the grilled pork noodle bowl and it was fantastic! Well-balanced flavors, tender meat, and fresh. I recommend this dish and other dishes with grilled pork. I would come again!
