I'm uncertain about ever, ever enjoying an Italian meal so much. Someone please hug the chef for me. It was a late lunch Sunday, and the lasagna wasn't available (only at dinner...) which I always try lasagna first at a new spot. So, I ordered a simple Bolognese, which I've never tried before. I am remembering the flavors, and will be for some time. The ambience is clean, sleek, very comfortable, though I felt a little overly casual in my choice of attire. The service was excellent. Thank you Bella Colibri. I cannot wait to try more, and to share this place with someone special. Easily 5 stars.

This restaurant has continued to up its game each time I’ve gone over the past few years, probably the nicest meal in Golden currently. The most recent visit we had deliciously prepared oysters, arancini, several pasta dishes and tiramisu. The service was top notch, the dishes were very flavorful, and the cocktails were on point. Looks like they have very reasonable bottles of wine as well. Lucky to have this in the neighborhood!

We went here on 2/22. I ordered the steak, it was OK, not the best but good. My wife ordered the lasagna... it was burned on the outside and cold on the inside, not good it all but my wife ate it. Wine was good... I agree with a lot of reviews here WAY over priced for what you get. We are one and done with this one

Golden is seriously lacking in high quality options for a date night but this is one of the few that I’d recommend. Food was all top notch, with great cocktails, fresh made pasta, and seasonal ingredients.
Everything we had was great. Our waitress recommended the potato gnocchi with beef cheek which was very comforting on a cold winter day. My wife had a lighter vegetarian pasta dish with homemade pesto. The cocktail that I ordered was balanced and well made. We also had the homemade sourdough, served with 4 different topping options!
My only wish was that the chocolate cake we had for dessert be served warm. It came with a citrus sauce and candy orange peel, both of which accompanied the cake perfectly!
We will be back!

Awesome experience and food. Kinda hard to find as the exterior sign is small. We parked and could not find the restaurant although we were 500 ft from it. The Maitre D was so kind when we called that she went to the street curb to help us find our way. The staff and chief were all awesome. Genuinely a great find that has made it on my list of favorites.

We had our rehearsal dinner here this month and all our guests raved about how good it was. They were able to work with us on allergies and everyone had a great time. We even had another 10 guests or so go back to get more food and desserts because they enjoyed it so much!

We hosted a rehearsal dinner at Bella Colibri in Mid-November and it was a 10 out of 10 experience! The food was outstanding and we collaborated on a family style menu that left every person thrilled with the options and exquisite flavors. The pasta is excellent, so authentic and delicious. My daughter, the bride to be selected four different courses of pasta, all were superb. The fish was equally outstanding and the Tiramisu and Rosemary Creme Brule worth driving for just to have dessert!!
The ambiance is beautiful and intimate with exposed brick and a warm vibe. The staff is outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and there before you need them! Great cocktails too. Highly recommend going here on any trip to Golden.
