I always enjoy these smaller, personable Italian restaurants. The the chicken parm was good and staff was very friendly. Can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes and sandwiches.

Pizza shop with old school vibes. Dough is thin and has great texture. The sauce is bright, not sweetened. Prices are mid-tier and fair. I haven't tried their other offerings yet, but they're worth a visit for the pizza alone.

It has been more than a decade since I've eaten here, I just moved to Golden and I used to have a friend who was going to School of Mines. I remember the place more fondly from the past. I ordered eggplant parmesan and it was overcooked and rubbery, the pasta was blimped up and way past al dente. I had three other guests at my table and the one who ordered a sandwich reported the best results but the other two were also disappointed with the overcook on the pasta. The marinara sauce is mid quality at best, barely better than jarred sauces. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly but they really need to up the food quality. The atmosphere is pleasant and slightly upscale over basic. Presentation on the food was very appealing, sadly the quality didn't match.

Great Italian spot. We are from the East Coast and this place could easily fit in there. It was a busy Friday night and we were seated in less than 10 minutes. The service was top notch, and our server was friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. We had the gnocchi with pesto, penne with marinara, one of their specialties, the steak bomb sandwich. Being from NJ my overall rating is Fuhgedaboutit!

My wife and I don’t really eat Italian so when we were craving pasta we thought, ‘why not here?’ We were blown away at the multiple authentic pasta selections they had. The artichoke dip was an amazing appetizer to kick off our dinner. While my wife indulged in the stuffed shell Florentine, the Mama Bono supreme calzone was a perfect, savory combination of flavors. Great portions of food. On top of that the customer service was the absolute best we’ve ever experienced. Seriously they blew it out of the park. We had never felt so welcomed to eat in anywhere. It was a pleasure to experience Italian food like this and we will 100% be coming back to enjoy again. 10/10 highly recommend.
