As a longtime BK customer I was shocked when the corporate office took my mobile order payment without considering the reason I couldn’t pickup my order. There was a problem at the restaurant which caused it to essentially close. Very poor customer service.

Pretty sure the fresh fry smell is like an angler fish tactic. Luring me in with that sweet, golden smell and then get hit with a burger that tasted like musty wax deep fried in thrice-recycled canola oil.
The place was a deserted mess, too. High noon and the place had only a spattering of people. Like everyone in Golden already knows this place just, well... Suck.
There is a deli nearby, if you are hungry, go there. At least they make actual food.
Parking: Free parking even behind the store.
Kid-friendliness: The have kids' menu with toys.

I live very close so convenience is a driver but this last round was the last. Ordered a couple burgers and the free sandwich special of the day at about 4:25pm. I arrived at drive through for pick up at 4:51. They were closed. Sign on the door says open until 5:00pm. Came back the next day. They argued. Then they admitted that the sign on the door does say 5:00pm but that they actually close at 4:00pm. Then why did they take my order in the first place!!?Finally I proved I had ordered and paid. They wouldn't credit the order. After it was obvious I wasn't moving in the drive through until it was resolved, they threw two burgers in a sack. When I inquired about the free chicken sandwich (yesterday's special when I actually placed the order) they argued about that too. Done and done. This establishment needs to be sold or bull dozed.

We arrived two hours before the dine-in was supposed to close, only to find all the doors locked. A female employee was sitting in the dining area eating, she didn't open any of the doors and she didn't respond at the drive through either. Very disappointing experience, will never go to this Burger ? again.

I don’t know what I was expecting when I wanted something to eat at 6. Everything was closed (even though they have open till 8 pm). An employee was sitting inside not paying attention.
This location is awful. They don't have bundles and other specials that are available in other locations, they're not available for delivery, their prices are higher, and their food isn't even as good. Very disappointing. I will not be eating at this location again.

As long as they are busy the burgers taste amazing. Don't go in on a slow day. You'll get personalized service you may not receive in a rush but the food will not be as fresh as when they can't keep enough burgers grilled to keep up, this happens everyday at 12 in
