I am convinced that this place is only here for a money laundering scheme that is how it is able to be open 1 to 4 days a week and even then the lobby is closed. So do the math it wouldn’t be possible to stay in business any other way. Just saying

Want there on 4-30-25 about 6pm I was the only person in the store there where two employees the french fries where sitting out on a tray not under a heat lamp they where cold the bread on my sandwich was hard ant the burger was cold . I won’t be back this Burger King is terrible. Update as of 6-5-25 I don’t know why I keep coming back to this place fries were Once again cold sandwich was not up to temperature either this place needs to just close. that’s right that’s where your fries are coming from. They’re not in the fry hopper to keep them warm. They’re on the counter on a tray.

As a longtime BK customer I was shocked when the corporate office took my mobile order payment without considering the reason I couldn’t pickup my order. There was a problem at the restaurant which caused it to essentially close. Very poor customer service.

Pretty sure the fresh fry smell is like an angler fish tactic. Luring me in with that sweet, golden smell and then get hit with a burger that tasted like musty wax deep fried in thrice-recycled canola oil.
The place was a deserted mess, too. High noon and the place had only a spattering of people. Like everyone in Golden already knows this place just, well... Suck.
There is a deli nearby, if you are hungry, go there. At least they make actual food.
Recommended dishes: Onion Rings, French Fries, Fiery Chicken Fries, Cheeseburger

I live very close so convenience is a driver but this last round was the last. Ordered a couple burgers and the free sandwich special of the day at about 4:25pm. I arrived at drive through for pick up at 4:51. They were closed. Sign on the door says open until 5:00pm. Came back the next day. They argued. Then they admitted that the sign on the door does say 5:00pm but that they actually close at 4:00pm. Then why did they take my order in the first place!!?Finally I proved I had ordered and paid. They wouldn't credit the order. After it was obvious I wasn't moving in the drive through until it was resolved, they threw two burgers in a sack. When I inquired about the free chicken sandwich (yesterday's special when I actually placed the order) they argued about that too. Done and done. This establishment needs to be sold or bull dozed.

We arrived two hours before the dine-in was supposed to close, only to find all the doors locked. A female employee was sitting in the dining area eating, she didn't open any of the doors and she didn't respond at the drive through either. Very disappointing experience, will never go to this Burger ? again.

This location is awful. They don't have bundles and other specials that are available in other locations, they're not available for delivery, their prices are higher, and their food isn't even as good. Very disappointing. I will not be eating at this location again.
