Excellent food and ambience. Went for my wife's birthday, started with lobster bisque, which is some of the best in all of Denver. Nice quiet evening overlooking the lights of downtown. Really enjoyed our visit.

The Charthouse Restaurant dining experience was excellent, as it has always been. Service was prompt, food was beyond delicious, and dessert (chocolate lava cake) was unbelievably the very best dessert imaginable. Great place to dine.

They seemed shorthanded because everything was SLOW and a bit off. We waited a long time to be helped at the entry, again for a server to appear, then bread and wine also delayed a bit, and the steak came well done, completely devoid of juices. (We ordered medium.) The chopped salad recipe has significantly hanged since our last visit, but it was still good. The server and bartender were short on skill.

My husband and I were able to finally get a whole day/night alone while my parents watched our kids. They recommended this restaurant to us so we decided to make a reservation for 7pm. We show up and the host said they were running 15mins behind but sat us at bar seats to grab a drink while we waited. It took almost 10 mins for the bartender to even ask for our drink order and was very rude. It was also not good. Then we start to see other couples who showed up after us get seated. My husband flagged the manager down and told him the situation and he proceeded to say, we're sorry, we'll get you sat as soon as we can. Mean while another couple was sat ahead of us. Finally after 45mins from our original reservation time we were seated. But of course it took another 10-15 to be waited on. The fastest things to come out of any of our food was my salad that I got to get from the salad bar and my husbands soup. The passer appetizer was the only other good part of our meal. Every thing else was very bland and subpar. Definitely over priced for what we got. I could have spent the same amount at a bonefish and been way more satisfied.

We had a wonderful table at the window, and the restaurant has been well kept. The music was too loud and Pop forward. Our waitress was nice, but offered sparkling water as though it was a free option to tap water. It was not. When I had issues with my entrée, her response was, "oh sorry". The food was mostly tasty and the signature salad bar was very fresh. I ordered the surf and turf. That was easily the toughest steak I've ever eaten. Our order came out with poor timing. At one point, my husband had his salad and appetizer for 5 full minutes before my soup arrived. Another 5 minutes passed before the bread basket was served. The basket only had one brown roll and one white roll, with a tiny amount of butter. I hope it was just an off night, because they didn't give us much reason to return.

We went for my birthday and they gave us a window table! The waiter was excellent. All the food was great except the salad in the salad did not seem fresh and they practically freeze their salad plates. Overall, a great experience.

We had a wonderful time. Our service was perfect. We were not rushed and we loved our waitress. She was sooo pleasant and offered great suggestions. My mother's 85th birthday and we had the best seat of the house too. Although I don't think any tables are bad. Filet and lobster amazing. 1 lb of crab legs was perfectly done and seemed a lot more than 1 lb. Every detail and meal was the best. So happy and can't wait to go back. We had a vegetarian with us. So That part of the menu is a lil limited however she loved the beet salad and mashed potatoes.

This used to be a favorite place to dine for special occasions but have not been for a few years. A lot has changed in quality of service, food and overall experience. Inattentive server, dismal food and presentation (ie: small piece of colorless fish on a huge white plate with no garnish ~ depressing to say the least) and loud music that does not fit the atmosphere. Will not be going back.

It was a long awaited return here. My husband ordered prime rib, rare. What he was served was prime rib medium; very little pink in sight. He did not finish it because the end was pretty tough. I ordered halibut and lobster risotto. The halibut was there but the lobster portion was small and was shredded lobster meat. I feel the meal was very overpriced for the dinner that was served. The restaurant is beautiful but the food serviced was disappointing.

We had not been to the Chart House in many years and were delighted by all aspects of our dining experience. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there, and they all made it special, as the whole team wished us happy anniversary, gave us a card, delicious dessert, etc. The food was excellent and our server was attentive and very pleasant. We will definitely return soon!
