Excellent coffee, food, and warm welcoming atmosphere.

Canyon coffee shop is the place to stop at when driving up or down coal creek canyon! Super nice staff. Amber, the owner, was there making the dough for the pastries. The pastries were well stocked! The prices were excellent for how delicious the food was. Coffee was high quality. I will definitely be stopping here more consistently on my drives to Eldora from the Denver metro!

I just moved to Rollinsville with my fiancé’ & I have gotten addicted to their delicious burritos, coffee & friendly small time vibe from this enchanting coffee shop. I love the items for well too. I highly recommend as a business owner (owner of Healing Colonics & Spa- come see me in boulder if you need a gut reset.)

Such a cute spot, with wonderful sweet ans savoury breakfast and snack options. There was simple drip coffee as well as specialty options.
Would definitely recommend you stop in this cute little coffee shop.

Kid-friendliness: There were colouring books, pencils ans crayons, as well as some cute books for kids.

Great coffee and service!

Got the xxx PSL late which was a touch too sweet. The breakfast sandwiches are homemade sourdough English muffins and they're absolutely amazing! All three options were really great. The coconut pumpkin bread was super moist and flavorful. Breakfast burritos have a lovely salsa! The apple pie was really crumbly. The drip was really tasty as well.

Parking is right out front with a few stairs (I didn't see a ramp.) About 10 seats inside and several tables outside with seating.

Super kind staff, and delicious pastries/dessert and coffee! I got a chicken pot pie pastry, an apple pie pastry, and a vegan brownie that were all very yummy! They also have local art! And are pet friendly. Highly recommend you check them out, I was only sad I didn’t discover them while on our trip in Colorado sooner!

Delicious coffee and artisan food! I always visit here when visiting our daughter’s family nearby! Yesterday I got the spinach and artichoke hot pocket for breakfast and it was absolutely delicious!
