Coriander is hands down the best Indian restaurant I’ve ever tried in my life. The food is absolutely delicious — rich flavors, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with care. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. On top of that, the service is excellent: friendly, fast, and professional. A complete experience in terms of taste, value, and service. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back.
Every dish and drink was an absolute banger, with beautifully authentic Indian flavours throughout. We ordered the Coconut Shrimp, Chicken Ginger Kabob, and Lamb Saag with rice, along with Naan, Roti, and Bullet Naan — all perfectly done. We finished with the Pistachio Ricotta Cake and Masala Tea, which were the perfect ending.
We’re visiting Aspen, Colorado from Melbourne, and this place truly made us feel at home. It was such a wonderful experience that we immediately jumped on our phones to leave a review — this is 100% genuine and well deserved.

Came down to Coriander Indian Restaurant and was genuinely impressed. The food is incredibly authentic with rich, flavoursome spices in every dish. Everything tasted fresh and well balanced, not overly oily or heavy. You can really tell care goes into the cooking. Highly recommend if you’re looking for proper Indian food with real depth of flavour.
