I wanted to love this deli. However, the sandwiches are incredibly dry (too much bread, not enough meat/toppings) and lack anything great, especially for $16.00 for a sandwich. The Aspen Buddha needed an oil/vinegar sauce, or more curry. Sadly, I would suggest going a few doors over to Snarfs. Atleast they have hot peppers and they give you a better sandwich.
Also, please see how the owner responds to negative reviews on Google. They insult the reviewer, and write that they are glad the reviewer is not coming back. Maybe they should take a new approach.

Sadly the Diet Coke was the best thing I had.I ordered the banh mi sandwich and it was the furthest thing from a traditional Vietnamese sandwich. It was flavorless and dry and was more inline with a turkey sandwich with some chili flavor. This place was recommended by a coworker after spending 22.50 for a sandwich chips and soda I was left very upset and disappointed. I hope there is a change in the way this is particular item is made to honor Vietnamese cuisine better.
This is my favorite sandwich place in Colorado, maybe anywhere! They food is extremely high quality. Lots of attention to taste and flavors. Very unique sandwiches with some flavorful, spicy options. I love how they incorporate local meats and game into their sandwiches. The Bison Reuben and Elk sandwiches are a great choice to try!

Visiting from Michigan, and stopped in because I love a good deli. This place did not disappoint! Excellent service, super friendly, AND the sandwich was outstanding. I got the Italian 1/2, and it was still huge. The meats and toppings were great, and I loved the vinaigrette. I would 1000% come in again and again. Tons of choices, local, delicious. Perfect sandwich!

Been coming here for years and was one of my favorite sandwich shops but lately the bread has been terrible. Dry, crumbly, and even had small traces of mold last time. Stop trying to save money serving old bread. Won’t be coming back.

Great service! Decent sandwich for reasonable price. There’s a lot of sandwich options. Got the Farmer and Golden Club which was a bit dry. No indoor seating, the tables were all blocked off but there’s tables outside.
Had the Flavortown sub, it was AMAZING!!
