It was nostalgic, warm, and truly inviting. The workers joked with us. Gave us recs. Slid over little samples. Bellowed across the shop to make sure we liked everything. they were cool so I felt cool. iykyk
and food-wise, my french dip with giardiniera was so good I ate like 2x the amount my stomach could probably hold. and I could’ve slurped up the au jus if I wasn’t trying to be so...

So glad we stopped here for lunch! The sandwiches were great, the service was fast, and it had a nice hole-in-the wall vibe. Only downside is there is limited seating inside and no bathroom.
