Deep Roots Winery in Golden is a true gem! The space is beautiful and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening or a fun night out. The wine flights are fantastic—expertly paired with charcuterie, cheese, and small bites. Camron, the winemaker, is incredibly knowledgeable and makes the experience feel personal and special. The staff is friendly, the service is top-notch, and the wine itself is some of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for date nights, girls’ nights, or anyone who loves great wine in a cozy, local Golden setting! 🍷

An absolute gem hidden in the outskirts of Golden. Ryan our sommelier was next level with his recommendations. We both had flights and found our favorites. The charcuterie board was plentiful and complimented our wines perfectly. Will definitely return again while we're in Golden

We've been several times and all of the staff including the two owners are super friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable. The wines are delicious and varied. They're also making improvement each time we go, adding food trucks, wine slushies, etc... Awesome addition to Golden!

This place is totally awesome and apparently just recently opened. The wines are excellent, with the 2020 Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, and sparkling wine as highlights. The wine selection is also incredible with other less common varietals such as Viognier and Gewurztraminer, among others. They also offer alcoholic slushy drinks and periodically have a food truck. My wife and I have been twice now, and both visits have been great. There’s a small outdoor area along with a really beautiful indoor space that has plenty of seating. The bartenders are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and some even produce the wine.
I’m still trying to figure out why this place doesn’t have more reviews or traffic yet. Maybe it’s a little off the beaten path, or maybe people just tend to visit breweries over wineries. Either way, it’s an excellent change of pace vs the typical Denver beer scene and will become one of our staples. Prices are super reasonable, and the happy hour specials are great. They also offer wine flights if you want to sample a few options (and they don’t skimp on the pours). We’ll definitely be back with friends!

So excited that Deep Roots opened up on my side of town. The tasting room has a great homey, rustic, mountain country feel to it. The staff is super nice and made us feel welcome. I was a bit skeptical as to the quality of the wine. My skepticism was unfounded. These folks know their juice and have a wide enough selection to please anyone's palate. Good stuff!
