Coustomer service giving to me advice because can't delivery đ
This location has consistently provided me delicious and filling dinners and lunches, and delivery has always been prompt. What makes it shine though is everyone I've interacted with has been kind , and I believe the food is made with care, I've never been majorly disappointed when similar chains have done that a few times. I want to shout out Nathan, who was really thoughtful and double checked that I wanted my food left at the door on a really cold night. That level of care distinguishes this dominos to me , and for that, I'll be ordering from here gladly for the foreseeable future. Thank you to the entire team!
I donât know if itâs corporate policy to skimp on the sauce because itâs the most expensive part of the pizzaâor if itâs just another excuse to blame inflationâbut even when we pay extra for âextra sauce,â thereâs still barely anything on the pizza.
What is going on with this place? You get a round pie with what feels like a single swipe of a paintbrush dipped in sauce. Itâs actually infuriating because I love Dominoâs, and this is my local shop. Iâd reach out to the owner, but I have a feeling itâs coming from the topâsomeone telling them to cut corners. This last time I was there, we got breadsticks in a black box, with cheese and pepperoni even though we paid for extra sauce, because we know better than to not order xtra, otherwise you get nothing on your pizza.
Our family orders four pizzas every Friday, but weâre switching to Anthonyâs. Iâm tired of companies pretending inflation is killing business when, in reality, theyâre just cutting costs to boost profits. Enough is enough. Skimping on $0.50 worth of sauce just cost you a dedicated customer.

Delivery is over an hour and a half late from the estimated delivery window. The manager at the store did not engage with me professionally or respectfully. Exceptionally dissapointed at the customer service at this location. If you are unable to fulfill orders you should not open on that given day.
They made a mistake with my pizza and I usually wouldn't complain but it had something that I can't eat so I called and they were super polite and remade my pizza and delivered the new/correct pizza in the snow. Everyone makes mistakes and I feel it's how you handle them that matters.
Also I order from this location all the time and that's the first mistake ever.

Recently ordered their loaded 3 cheese tots w/ Alfredo sauce and wasnât impressed. It was extremely bland. Not huge on it, but the pizza was great!

They really need to just go ahead and close this location. We have tried it through the years and it is just horrible. Note this review applies to delivery. The food ends up cold almost every time. And on the internet we watch this. It waits for their infamous "quality check" invariably. I get it that they may not have the delivery driver. So don't cook the pizza; until you have a driver. But this is not how they do business. They prefer to disappoint. Their job at this location, which automatically the only delivery location for me, is to make the entire chain look bad. And they do this job well.

I recently ordered a veggie pizza, but upon receiving it, I noticed that it contained some pieces of meat. Understanding that mistakes can occur, I called to request a replacement. However, the person I spoke with, who identified themselves as the manager, initially refused to replace my order, citing concerns about product waste. During our conversation, the manager insisted that the pieces in question were small mushrooms, but the photo I have clearly shows that this is not the case.
After multiple attempts and a delay of over an hour, the manager eventually agreed to place a new order. Itâs evident from the picture that the pizza contained meat, compromising the integrity of my order. This individual may not be ideal for their position, given their argumentative nature and the failure to address the issue promptly and professionally.

I just want to take a second to recognize Kenny at the Golden CO location. He was absolutely amazing and super patient with me. I had no clue what I wanted on the menu yet by just telling him few cravings he made me such a tasty pizza. The freshness and ingredient combination paired with his attention to customer service and hospitality made the entire experience a smooth process. I hope Domino's considers how valuable Kenny is to the company because he's definitely the direction they need to be going! Thanks Kenny! I will definitely be spreading the word.

The online order has now made it so that you have to pick the marinara sause on the pizza. I made the mistake of not seeing it, and they thought I wanted "ranch" as my sauce. They delivered it with just chesse and bread. Called them, explained the mishap and was spoken to like an idiot who can't read and that there was "nothing to do about it". Manager is a real peach.
