Amazing experience. Kayla is the best bartender I’ve seen. Goes the extra mile in an each and every cocktail no matter how slammed the bar is. Was pleasantly surprised by all the in house made liquor and will be often stocking the gin and single malt. Go any day but Sunday and monday(Kayla’s days off). Truly can’t speak highly enough of her knowledge, skill, and attention to the small details of the cocktails she creates. Would poach her in a heart beat if I owned a bar.

Band was great, drinks were decent, customer service was terrible. Bartenders did shots while we waiting a long time for shots, were difficult to track down, and would talk to regulars over helping customers. The place looks so nice, so an big disappointment on a "Speakeasy." Likely not coming back.

Wish this was more of a true speakeasy! The door opens right to the sidewalk with lots of windows! LOL Just feels like a weird name given the vibes. BUT, with that said, inside is very cute with string lights and little votives on the table. Our server was super nice but we are dodo birds who kept ordering things they couldn't make (they only use things they produce on site) so like, couldn't make a NY sour cause there isnt wine. Totally fine, like I said, that is an us problem haha But the drinks we did order were very tasty and your typical cocktail price -- around the 14$ range. It was right before Christmas so they also frothed them and made 'em all cute for us! I would go back.

First and last time I'll be here. I stood at the bar and got totally dissed. No greeting, no "I'll be right with you." Yet both waitresses kept checking on customers that had been there for more than an hour. I sat down next to a party table and waitress again totally ignored me, but kept returning to check on party table. I'm tall, elegant and not hard to miss.
Beautiful cozy bar tucked away from the main drag. Had some great food and enjoyed a relaxing drink staring at the mountains.

This review is based off of customer service only, since we were unable to enjoy a drink. It was our first time visiting and we wanted to have an after-dinner drink before we headed home. The placard at the front said to seat yourself, which we did. A server greeted us with waters but didn’t say much else. We waited for a bit with our drinks picked out, unsure if we needed to order from the bar or if the server would be coming back. Finally a different server came over to us. We ordered our drinks, both of which were unavailable. That would have been helpful info to add to our greeting! Especially since both cocktails came from the top (seasonal winter) menu. So we tell the server we will come back to the bar to order drinks once we take another look. She says she will be back to our table in just a minute, so we say ok. She does not come back, many minutes pass. She is in deep conversation with what appears to be a regular. We leave after quite a while. Sad we didn’t get to experience this place. As a bartender myself, I was pretty disappointed with the service. Keep your regulars, sure. But you should always try to make new ones. I live near downtown Golden and would have loved to make this a new favorites. Best of luck.
