What I adore about this family-owned business (beyond the quality and variety of artisan breads and pastries) is that you can see the wholesale bakery while you wait to order and they hire local high school kids who get experience during their Saturday retail hours to learn customer service. This is a lovely option for fresh bread of all kinds and specialty breads and desserts. Get on their mailing list and you will know what they will have available on Saturday before you go. A little pricy but worth every penny. Open only on Saturday from 10am-2:30pm to the public.

Super fun experience. Had no idea how it worked, but everyone was helpful from picking a number & getting a clipboard to waiting "on deck" & going inside to the young ladies fulfilling our order. We tried a variety of items & everything was extremely flavorful. We will definitely go back next time we're in town.
