Do not go to this Jack in the Box. The managers are absolute trash and treat customers horribly. Food quality is less than sub-par and generally takes twice as long as any other location. Not only do you get treated like crap but the food is old and they talk down to you for making you wait. Just go anywhere else

I'm very disappointed in this Jack in the box I always use my Capital One card but they declined it cuz I had to use my bank card now they're trying to double dip then you try to talk to the manager but she's too arrogant she is a person won't let them talk to a person so I get excited on the phone very unprofessional

Ordered online. Used to be my favorite place. But change in cook and staff that doesn't care. Food is cold and and they don't get your order right. Well I'm done buying jack in the box. Charge more and less food it was terrible tonight.🤢🤮

One of my go to places for breakfast on my way to work. I use the mobile app to get my food ready and it's always fast and ready when I get there. The staff is super friendly, especially the morning staff. Once they know you, they even greet you and bring you your order when you walk in. They have never made a mistake in my order. For the quality I have to expect from a fast food it is very good.

employees and managers are stupid as hell and cant put up a sign when their drive thru is closed. instead we use the genius idea to block passing lane and drive thru when cars some cars cant reverse ! filed a complaint with the county about fire hazards, next time i'll call a tow truck for impeding traffic.

I ordered pick up through UberEats. 8am and no one in the drive through, I'm told to park and they'll bring my food out. No problem. The lady who ran my food out told me "YOU need to come inside next time for doordash" rolling her eyes while walking away. I'm not doordash, this is MY food and that's how y'all talk to people? Worse, that was the grossest breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Ham had a green tint and it ended up in the trash.
