The food was good but the service was terrible. First, we had to ask several times for the bathroom code. When she would reply, it was very quick and hard to understand. Then, we asked for the sweet and sour sauce that came with our egg roll and were told we had to pay for it. When I told her it came with the egg roll we ordered, she replied ā€œWhat egg roll?ā€ I literally had to show her the egg roll that I had just received to get my sauce without a charge. If you don’t want to be kind, find a job where you don’t work directly with people.

First time having it and it was absolutely disgusting. The meat tasted old and fishy and just made me lose my appetite. The fries were okay but super salty. I dont get the hype. It was horrible mc donalds is waayyy better and that's alot considering that place sucks too🤢

Ordered the boneless wings on the HUGE part of the menu. They no longer have them. Ok- order a Jacks spicy chicken sandwich...Pull up to the window and ask for buffalo sauce and ranch. Worker starts tell me they can only do it for fries. I don't mind paying the $1 for sauces. Finally get my $11 CHICKEN sandwich and it tastes like fish!! Not hot fresh crispy fish! But cold nasty 3 day old disgusting fish!! They was no one else there. I would happily wait for something edible!! If you won't eat it don't serve it!! If you don't like your job get a different one+

Been to many Jack in the Box over the years. This was far and away the worst experience I’ve had.

Took over 10 minutes of waiting after multiple times having the staff ask us to wait because they were so busy before even placing an order. Once they were ā€œreadyā€ to take the order they acted like we were taking up all their time and just generally treated terribly. Food took forever but luckily it was still decent like it usually is.

My mother had offered to buy us something to eat and we went to Jack-in-the-Box she’s willing to pay cash for a $63 meal. The person that assist us was from drive-through and he was goodShe offered the guy $100 bill and the person said he didn’t have change and ask a manager if he could get changed the Manager said he will not take $100 bill and my mother had asked him why he couldn’t take it and he turned around and yell. I just opened that register. I don’t want it to be short, so my mom ended up paying with the credit card that she didn’t want to use. As I watched them, prepare our food only one person was doing it and it was like no rush. I watched Wants a hamburger patty came out they made a sandwich then I watched another hamburger. There’s no rush to get the food out to people.. I don’t recommend this place and management was rude as can Be when he starts yelling back at her elderly woman who is 91. I actually told my mom I didn’t pay for it just just leave, but she said we already ordered and she was just gonna go and pay for it

Poor customer service wouldn't take order at counter completely ignored customers at counter and a lady in purple told another
worker not to take orders of customers at counter waited 20 minutes and we left

Guy on crew has an attitude. Told him I ordered onion rings. He said they rang up fries. I said I would pay the difference and he said I would have to talk to the manager and walked away. Never again will I come back and you should not either.
