Asked for no sauce on chicken sandwich and they took everything off not just the sauce. Also tried to skimp me on my drinks filling them up like 70% of the way. Food was also super disgusting here. Whoever the cook was today needs to be put on cashier or something other then cooking because damn that's the worst meal I have ever tasted

I love Jack in the box food I always have since I was a kid It's nostalgic for me I guess so the food's always good but when I was in there the other day there was one person working the window one person in the back and then one person at the front counter and it wasn't busy inside but it was a busy drive-thru but there was only one guy in myself inside and they must have served 20 people out the window before they even tried to come in service but they were like busting their ass so hard like I couldn't do anything but cheer him on so that's all I got to say

theres a reason why we do not do jack n the box unfortunately my kids wanted a snack so i tried one door and it didn't open so we went around to the other door and it didn't open either so i looked at the hours just to make sure and i peered in the window and the place was completely empty.all of the sudden this lady opens the door and snottily and rude as the day is bright said you could just open the door. then she just as rudely said just use the kiosk. it was enough for me to tell my kids who wanted to sit no no we're not welcome here we need to leave as soon as we get the fries and we got those fries and left quick. i already do not care for clowns and the service just solidified this is as much of a joke as its mascot. some may like it but its definitely not somewhere you need to drive out of your way to go to. the next time we're in the area we'll just go to lil riccis. please note the doors stick and you definitely have to pull on them

The food was good but the service was terrible. First, we had to ask several times for the bathroom code. When she would reply, it was very quick and hard to understand. Then, we asked for the sweet and sour sauce that came with our egg roll and were told we had to pay for it. When I told her it came with the egg roll we ordered, she replied “What egg roll?” I literally had to show her the egg roll that I had just received to get my sauce without a charge. If you don’t want to be kind, find a job where you don’t work directly with people.

First time having it and it was absolutely disgusting. The meat tasted old and fishy and just made me lose my appetite. The fries were okay but super salty. I dont get the hype. It was horrible mc donalds is waayyy better and that's alot considering that place sucks too🤢
