The last 4 times I’ve been here, the wait has been between 30-60 minutes. There is usually only 1 person working here and it is obvious they are not able to provide good customer service. It appears there are a lot of door dash orders taking priority over us in-person customers. For the price they charge, I would unfortunately not recommend this place.

Geeeeeeez. I cant believe you would have 1 person working the lunch rush alone. If I wouldn't have ordered on the kiosk I would have probably sat there for over 20 minutes before a human walked up to me and said anything !!!! Pay ur employees so they don't suffer. No one should be alone for a lunch rush like that I saw people walking out thats bad guys. Do better

Sunday 4.27.25 - I have to leave a review as a former manager at this location. The space was clean and comfortable, however it was EXTREMELY CONCERNING that on a Sunday morning only 1 employee was working . I know this is an act of Labor abuse because companies want more money and to pay less to their employees.
Of course there is going to be a line out side the door wanting their smoothies and they are going to expect it to happen in a timely manner.
And yet, the poor young women that was there today was working so hard going at top speed making everything with intention and ALL BY HERSELF?
I am disgusted that Jamba Juice STILL does this to their employees in Colorado.
If you want to have a smoothly running store you NEED to have 4 people in your store at busy hours SUNDAY MORNING is one of those.
Shout out to the BADASS who made me and my sisters DELICIOUS SMOOTHIE and oatmeal today despite the crap she was going through! You are a QUEEN whoever your name is ❤️❤️❤️❤️
As for CORPORATE. You are GREEDY and dont think TWICE about their frontline! DO BETTER!

I ordered peanut butter and banana with whey protein and there was no peanut butter in the drink, just tasted like a banana smoothie. Not sure if the whey protein was put in or not. The person who served me was also telling an employee who just walked in how she was sick. Tried calling customer care line and they are not available to help customers on the weekends. Luckily when I got home I was able to talk my wife into making me a peanut butter protein shake that tasted good instead of what I ordered at Jamba.
Then I get a generalized response from what sounds like a bot just giving me the general customer service number which is not available to help customers on weekends and the owner response did not really address any of the issues, which is poor

Quite possibly the best Jamba Juice in America. My daily order is ready on time every day, it’s always delicious, and on top of that the workers there are rays of sunshine who treat you like family. Jackson and the girl with colored hair (sorry forgot your name) are incredible, they put the juice in Jamba Juice.

I would just like to understand the training that goes on in this Jamba Juice When there’s people in line and you say you’ll be there in a moment and then you take an extra 7-8 minutes to serve the person then after that, you take somebody’s order and it’s the worst product ever made I had the worst banana protein shake ever made. I wish people would take their time into work and understand what they are doing, and if they are not trained properly, have somebody train them so that the sequence is smooth and operational .. You need to do better This location

Multiple times I’ve shown up here and the location is closed. Hours are clearly stated on the website and door but they can’t figure it out. If you’re claiming to open at 8 am why are the doors locked at 815 and no one inside? As a business owner this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Will not be returning
