I walked in and the gentleman working didn't say one word to me, he is working alone but working super slow with the orders before me, i waited 10 mins and walked out beacuse i was on lunch so i needed to leave. He also had headphones in, 3 people behind me ended up leaving because we got no attention from him at all.

After ordering I noticed the young man fixing an order before our order. He had a wrist band on, I ask him what the band was for. It was going into the bowl he was working on. He said he went to a concert. I ask him to put gloves on. I said the band was not clean and ask him not to fix my order, that I wanted the order employee. He told me to SHUT UP and HE DIDN'T CARE. The order employee kept telling him to stop. After she prefixed part of my order, he turns around and yell, THAT IS GONNA BE DIRTY, To eat. I have never been treated so rude by an employee. My only concern was that band was not clean. I told him, he had no idea what he carried on that wrist band, from a public concert. That COVID was still here. That is when the rudeness started, Shut up, I don't care. I planned to call and ask to speak with the General manager.

When I walked in I had to wait for someone to come take my order. I think I disturbed his sleeping and he wasn't very hospitable. It took longer than expected to make my açaí bowl. He had to go to the back to get strawberries which took him quite a while. It made me think: What is he doing? He wasn't friendly! The açaí bowl was melted when I ate it. I really like Jumba Juice and don't want to see them go out of business.

There was only a single employee here, but I have to say, he was in a really pleasant mood, very friendly, conversational, and (is it okay to say this?) super cute, LOL. I wish I got his name because he deserves recognition for such a good job. When I let slip we were from Texas and there are so few Jambas out there, he was inquisitive about if we were headed home, and even wished us safe travels! Aww, that's so nice! He helpfully asked if I had a rewards account (which after not getting to enjoy Jamba for 3+ years, I'd completely forgotten about) and found it with my phone number; there was even a coupon he applied! Can't believe it was still valid after so long, ha. When he made my merry cranberry orange smoothie, he had some leftover after filling my large size and very kindly offered to put it in a small cup for me. Yippee!! (I've seen employees at similar places toss the extra before and it always makes me sad to see the waste and not just give your customers a smile.) It was also FREAKING DELICIOUS. Holy moly. I'd been tempted to get one of my fave old-standby flavors but I'm so glad I tried the new flavor. YOU GOTTA TRY IT. OKAY??The bathroom was reasonably clean and readily available for anyone. And there was an awesome and colorful mural on the wall. Fun!

Highly disappointed. The gentleman who was working was as unprofessional as could be. Dressed in cut off shorts Didn't acknowledge me when I walked in the door. Didn't ask me for my order. Gave me the wrong total. The drink I ordered was a strawberry Surfside and it tasted like straight lemonade. The strawberry chunk bowl tasted like only peanut butter that even the fresh fruit wasn't tasted. The only thing that was ok was the sweet pretzel. I will not be going back to that location. My advice to the owner is hire new staff or close your doors..

Yeah it’s pretty bad. Depends who you get and how busy it is. I’ve waited 30 minutes before they took my order. This past time the wait wasn’t so long, but when I got my pricey smoothie it had huuuuuuuge chunks of kale in it. Like they didn’t even blend it. I couldn’t chew raw kale for very long so ended up throwing it out. Waste of time and money, for something that was supposed to be quick sustenance for a busy mom of two young children.

Horrible customer service. I know it is hard to find workers nowadays, but allowing someone who rings you while wearing headphones listening to music and doesn’t even use words, just nods and shrugs? That is someone who doesn’t deserve a job because they are not even trying

Not to happy with the smoothie and the service I received. When the worker handed me the smoothie he said “ Sorry about that” referring to the smoothie he gave me because it was 3/4 full and mostly liquid. They were busy and he didn’t have time to remake it.

Management needs to staff this location appropriately... Every time I come here there is one person working, and it's incredibly busy. I always feel so bad for the employee working their ass off to make my smoothie.
