The food is absolutely amazing. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I just moved to Golden an absolute gem I happy to have visited. I will be back probably every day Lol

Food was great and staff were super nice. Problem was that there was an upcharge for EVERYTHING. About a third of our bill came from up charges for things that are typically included at every Mexican restaurant (beans were extra, rice was extra, sour cream was extra, etc,). And the up charges were pretty steep ($3-4 for rice, beans and sour cream each). Waiter was super nice, but it was all just to upcharge the bill.

The food was great! I ordered the chili relleno breakfast. The rellenos were crispy and the green chili was great. the service was excellent. The waitress was polite and attentive.
My complaint is the water. It has some weird soapy flavor. I have experienced this at another restaurant that I won't name here, but it was the exact same taste. I love water. I cannot stand whatever they have done to theirs. I think some places put filters on when not needed and it really can take things down a notch. The reason I will not be back is not service, it is not the food, but the water. It was that bad.

Visiting from Atlanta…we have some nice food there. This exceeds my expectations. We had tacos…pollos. The chicken was perfectly grilled. I like burnt crispy pieces, there were none of those, but the chicken was flavorful through and through with just enough char here and there. The accompanying veggies were the best of freshness….the arroz and frijoles also, perfection. The next time I visit the area, I’ll stay awhile, chase my lime Jarritos with a few Tequilas from the well-stocked bar and enjoy the warm service.
