We don’t have many optimal coffee shops on the western side of Lakewood for getting some work done. I find that majority of the coffee shops over here lend themselves better to socializing, and since some are small, that sometimes makes it a tough environment to work in. Launch strikes the balance perfectly - I think it’s due to the location’s size. There’s plenty of little corners to hole up in with your laptop, but also lovely spaces to sit and socialize. Their menu is fantastic, WiFi is fast, and the folks are very nice.

Got the breakfast burrito here and it was just ok. Aside from the bacon (which it almost had too much of) everything else was lacking in flavor. They did a nice job of toasting it though, so the tortilla had a nice crunch when you bite into it.

Strong espresso, love the drive thru feature. I’d love to see more vegan options on the food menu.
I ordered a latte, avo toast, and some soup.
I made a few… financially adventurous adjustments (oat milk) and it came to $38 (with tip — tip your baristas, you heathens). I literally muttered to myself, “this better be the best matcha latte I’ve ever had.”
It was. The best. Matcha. Latte. I’ve ever had. Period.
I live 40 minutes away and would gladly make the pilgrimage again — honestly, I’d ride a horse through a snowstorm for this latte. It can have my firstborn son. It’s THICK — like they whisked the matcha until it confessed its deepest secrets.
They asked if I wanted to add a flavor and BROWN SUGAR was the best decision I’ve ever made. I would marry this matcha and start a small organic farming commune with it. I shed actual tears as I drank it.
The avocado toast? Made me feel rich. Like Kim Kardashian vacationing in the Hamptons. They served it on a fresh baguette and drizzled it with real balsamic — every ingredient tasted like it came from an 87-year-old Italian grandmother’s backyard garden that she’s been perfecting since WWII.
I don’t work here. I don’t know anyone who does. I just fell in love with a café today. Worth every penny — and then some.

THE COFFEE SHOP YOU THINK OF WHEN YOU THINK OF AN AMAZING COFFEE SHOP!
I searched for a coffee shop near Red Rocks and this place popped up in an ideal location with great reviews and it did not disappoint! The place is very clean with friendly staff and offers a wide selection of coffee drinks and food items.
I came in on a Saturday morning and it was pretty busy but the line moved along quickly. I would've stayed in the shop but I was too excited to head to Red Rocks especially after buying a Red Rocks hat at this shop that has become my favorite hat!
I actually ended up losing the hat, and I reached out to the email address listed on the website and the Owner Todd was absolutely incredible to send me one only charging me his in-store pricing + shipping as I would prepared to pay a premium to get this hat back again!
In summary, the place is beautiful with a wide range of a typical good good shop place, the staff was friendly, the drinks/food were delicious, and the ambiance was perfect. I will come back here every time I visit Red Rocks! And thanks again Todd for going out of your way to get me this hat!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

One of my fave spots!! Born in the USA is my fave sandwich ever 😋 it’s so convenient that they have a drive-thru too!! Staff is really friendly as well
Lovely place. Great (and pretty) coffee. And my breakfast sandwich was delicious.
You can sip and eat while playing board games. And some local shopping too. Highly recommended visiting after watching the sunrise at Red Rocks Amphitheater

They are overpriced and have chosen to make a good portion of their customers feel unwelcome by listing their business on Public Square, an alt-right marketplace. What a disappointment bc we used to be regulars.
We were over charged at drive up window. Cashier basically closed the window on us when we asked about it and disappeared.
What a gem in the middle of nowhere. Only found it because I was staying at the hotel in the same complex. How often can you get single origin espresso in the same complex as a gas station? Food was great too.
