They are overpriced and have chosen to make a good portion of their customers feel unwelcome by listing their business on Public Square, an alt-right marketplace. What a disappointment bc we used to be regulars.
We were over charged at drive up window. Cashier basically closed the window on us when we asked about it and disappeared.
What a gem in the middle of nowhere. Only found it because I was staying at the hotel in the same complex. How often can you get single origin espresso in the same complex as a gas station? Food was great too.

Cozy coffee shop and cafe with plenty of options. Nice seating arrangements, with a fireplace and board games. Cocktails for the evening crowd. Supportive of local educators.

I got a sandwich for lunch while stopping to get fuel. It was absolutely amazing. Definitely worth the price.

Launch is the BEST!! The staff couldn’t be nicer, and the food and coffee are phenomenal. My favorite sandwich EVER, The Porch Song, is a must have. All of their prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality. Great people. Great service. Sophisticated, cozy and inviting decor. Awesome food. Launch is a MUST whether you’re staying at the Rocks Hotel or want a RAD/TASTY pit stop off i70 on your way to or from the mountains!!

As a staple of the local scene, it is nice there is consistency with their hours, coffee choice/extraction, and great seating options. I'd like to present some reviews for consideration of management.
Food Review/ Price Increase Very Apparent:
A "cup" of the chili, both vegan and non-vegan seems very pricey at the current price of $8.50/$10 respectively. The vegan chili is very spicy and very tasty though- must love onions. There should be a bowl option for that price and slightly less for a cup. Consider making rice/beans the starch/protein instead of quinoa to lower costs.
"Smothered nachos" for $18. The cheese appears to be store bought shredded cheese heated up barely in a microwave with the dispersed placement of cheese not equal. If the green chili is the reason for the huge price, then consider having a base price for certain ingredients and adding as the customer chooses for extra upcharge. The price is concerning and the dish is memorable for the wrong reasons.
Staff: (CUSTOMERS-TIP YOUR BARISTA AND STAFF ALWAYS, THEY RELY ON THIS IN PAYCHECK)
Efficient experience though not memorable in terms of how I felt after. I appreciate the staff bringing food out to folks. It was around noon in the day so perhaps staff is tired but when chatting among themselves, they seem to be much more happy. The light switches off when taking a customers order. I understand the mundane task of taking orders can be exhausting though. Does this mean that management could include a small 5 minute break to go outside, breathe fresh air and reset for all staff if there is a low point in service?
Thanks for taking the time to read!

Not bad. Servers are good and friendly. Unfortunately, the is atmosphere cold due to how the interior is designed. Polished concrete floors and metal furnishings.

Very nice little coffee shop we visited after a cold visit to red rocks amphitheater. Chartreutery board was a nice midafternoon meal, lates' were good. Nice ambiance, friendly and efficient staff.

We went in after a bike ride and we had never been there before. We both ordered a sandwich called something like made in the usa. It was incredibly good with some kind of probably sourdough bread and wonder of wonders, it was healthy. Nothing deep fried.
I would have given 5.5 stars, but they did not have any mustard which would have tasted oh so good on this sandwich.
Great place

Fantastic food, I had the ShantyTown and tried the Frost Lift burrito. Probably the best chicken bacon ranch sandwiches I’ve eaten. I liked how the sandwich did not fall apart from loads of sauce and grease. Highly recommend this place for the food alone. I wish I had a chance to try the specialty drinks too.

cute, comfy nicely designed cafe. coffee (dark) was very good. the nice looking freshly made guacamole and chips was lacking - it was very under seasoned and many chips were small/broken in pieces. also the cashier said it would be out in a "minute or 2", 10 minutes later nothing - spoke with someone else, told nothing had been done yet. lastly, there was no toilet paper in the dispenser, and it's mounted way to low to use it easily - unable to tell if there was a backup roll.
