Order ONE big mac and ONE drink. Went there for lunch. Ordered it online. Took 7 mins to get there then once I was there at the 2nd window, they sent me to a parking spot and I sat there waiting 20 mins to get my ONE big mac. Got back to work late and did not even eat because I had no time.

When your order is wrong especially at night there is not a person who speaks English to help you they walk away from counter to the back area ask to speak to a manager she looked at me walked to the back came back to counter and said to me manager!

This establishment was one of the most unsatisfactory experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased three cookies, but received only one whole and a half, with another completely broken. When I requested a glass of water, the attendant informed me that they could not provide it, as it was not included in the order. As for the coffee, although I ordered a large portion, the volume served was significantly less than expected for a large cup. Moreover, the lid was not properly secured, resulting in spills on my clothes and in the car. The service was regrettable, highlighting the need for comprehensive improvements.
