This is actually a decent Mcdonalds most of the time. Its kind of hard to find a good one anymore. They tend to have fresh tasting food, and acurate service. Not the most friendly staff, but not rude either

Worst experience ever added one sandwich at second window waited over 20 min to get my food the lady at the window dropped my drinks all over my car not even an apology then comes to my car to ask what my order is then brings me the wrong order

Grew up in this area and used this McDonald’s regularly. Moved out of state, but came back Colorado to visit for the summer. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s about every other day for coffee. Had two good experiences with employees out of like 15 trips to the McDonald’s. It made me miss home, where people are nice to customers. Had to leave the drive thru a couple times because they will say hang on and then just never come back on the speaker to take your order. Sad that young people can’t even handle basic customer service skills anymore.

Only one star because the ice coffee always tastes bad in the morning. Even asked for extra Vanilla and it's still gross. Gonna be a rough day.

Service is crap since the non-english speaker's infiltrated. They don't understand the app works, get your order wrong, over charge you because I can't make change and push you out the door.

Worst McDonald’s experience.

Pulled up to the outside ordering. Was told they’d be right with us. No biggie. Another car pulls up to the other lane and is immediately greeted and asked what they’d like….

Ok…

I provide them my code. It was for any size fry with purchase of any size soft drink or ice tea. They go radio silent for a few minutes. Then they come back and say, “what size fry”. I reply, “large.” She says, “anything else?”

I look at the screen and it’s a full priced large fry with no code applied. So I say, “and for the drink, a lrg Dr Pepper please.” She says, “well we don’t have any drinks today.”

No drinks? None. She clearly had no intention of telling me this and charging me full price for the fry. There was no signs anywhere saying, “sorry folks, nothing to wash down our dry burger buns”.

HORRIBLY managed and the employees are less than capable of basic customer service.
