This location is the WORST at getting orders correct, if you make any changes chances are they'll get it wrong. Today, they were out of vanilla frappes, asked if I wanted a different flavor and I didn't (not a mocha fan) after several minutes of scratching their head trying to figure out how to refund it (I ordered using the app) I said a mocha will work, just wanted to get going. So they made a small mocha to replace the large vanilla I paid for. I get making substitutions, but at least do the same size as paid for smh.

This is actually a decent Mcdonalds most of the time. Its kind of hard to find a good one anymore. They tend to have fresh tasting food, and acurate service. Not the most friendly staff, but not rude either
Worst experience ever added one sandwich at second window waited over 20 min to get my food the lady at the window dropped my drinks all over my car not even an apology then comes to my car to ask what my order is then brings me the wrong order

Grew up in this area and used this McDonald’s regularly. Moved out of state, but came back Colorado to visit for the summer. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s about every other day for coffee. Had two good experiences with employees out of like 15 trips to the McDonald’s. It made me miss home, where people are nice to customers. Had to leave the drive thru a couple times because they will say hang on and then just never come back on the speaker to take your order. Sad that young people can’t even handle basic customer service skills anymore.
