I’ve been before but it’s been a while. Stopped in on a Saturday, no problem getting in which was very nice on a hot day. Service was prompt and good. Food was great, my MIL was especially impressed with her veggie panini. I had the turkey melt with coleslaw, I loved the slight bit of spice in the slaw-very nice touch. The chili also looked great, sadly it had pork so I couldn’t eat it but by appearance I’d recommend.

Want to get off of the main drag and enjoy a drink with locals and some elk sausage? Then this is your place. They have dozens of beers on tap, a wild game chili and sausages with a pile of pickled veggies. The server was very attentive and the atmosphere is just what you would hope for in Colorado.

Amazing experience, staff was friendly and kitchen was open late. I was not expecting much but the Banh Mi sandwich was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend will definitely be coming back here.
I’ve been coming to Miners Saloon for 5years and they never disappoint. They specialize in links, sandwiches and wonderful soups/salads. That might sound like a limited menu but that is not the case. Their sausages plates are great way to try different types of meats from elk, duck, bison and boar. Their house mustard and pickled veggies give this plate a nice kick. If you are in the mood for a bowl, I’d highly recommend the spicy pork green chili. This is definitely spicy but in a fun way, you will have a nice glow after eating this delicious chili. I love pairing this with their turkey club as the avocado and chili goes great together. Great decor to feel like you are in a mine and servers are constantly checkin to make sure you have everything you need.
