The only reason to show up to lunch most days was the stir fry. Habi adds a good show and actually produces quality food. The new cooks for the stir fry honestly aren’t the greatest and because of that Market has a severe lack of a good, dependable, option for food.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting and being served food by one of the cooks at Mines Market. His name was Habi, a fine young man from Ethiopia. First the food was amazing but even more satisfactory was the kindness and care that this individual displayed. I was about to put my dog down that evening and this gentlemen took the time to listen and extend a hand of compassion and love. It's rare these days that people take the extra effort personally to show sympathy. I am forever grateful for this expression of kindness
