Between the drinks and small bites to the ramen bowls, everything very enjoyable 🍜
They had daily specials and it sounded like some of the menu items were from the farmers market.
Our server was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our group. Would like to come back here again!

We eat Asian food all over the Denver metro area as well as outside of the us. That might have affected my opinion of what seemed like some real PF Chang, chain restaurant food. I was unpleasantly surprised by the Udon. I couldn’t tell where the sugar ended and the salt began, I just knew I was disrespecting my body. Between the sugar sauce and crunchy under cooked vegetables it was a miss for me. The duck ramen came with a whole sulfuric duck leg stuffed in it that you get to gnaw on as if you’re watching a jousting tournament. The broth was thin and unusual. Over all we were off-put but understand if you’re white and don’t usually eat real Asian food this might seem correct. If you have a general culinary competency you won’t like this. I can’t help but wonder if this place is owned by a large private equity firm that has little chain restaurants for hipsters in its portfolio.

We had high hopes, given the great reviews. Food was okay, nothing to write home about. The duck bao buns were delicious, but the cold glass noodles lacked flavor. The duck in the duck ramen was great but the ginger in the ramen itself was overpowering and the broth was just okay. The tuna poke is hard to mess up, so it was okay. All in all, there's wasn't much to it to get us to come back. If you're in the mood for ramen and are in the area, it's still a good choice.

I'd say the food is good, the drink is good, and service is good. My only complaint is the price. I can never comprehend $13 for just four dumplings.
No matter what you decide to order- its delicious!

This place rocks!
I loved the bbq pork ramen, the dumplings and Bao were the best I've had out here.
The sake list and signature cocktails were a fun bonus. I'll definitely be back soon!

I attended their Four Course Sake Dinner event and have to say it was AMAZING. Genuinely had the best ramen of my life (Blue Crab Ramen). The wagyu, hamachi, and lobster bao bun were also delicious. If you have the opportunity to go to an event of theirs, you can't miss it. Other people at the event were also raving about the food and shared how much they love Nosu which goes to show they truly put care into all their food, not just for special events. I'm excited to come back and try their summer menu!
The owner Brandon was also super friendly and welcoming with everyone. If you want to support a small, local business that gives great quality and variety of food, I highly recommend giving them a try🙌

You need to actually study Japanese ramen instead of actively trying to avoid competition by leaving that space altogether and calling it fusion.
EDIT: Your ramen tasted like instant noodles with balsamic vinaigrette. How about studying Jinya ramen as a case study instead of needing me to state the obvious 🤷 I'm Japanese, born and raised with Japanese traditions, and this was an absolute joke. Continue to seethe.

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! The food, the service, the vibes— all chef’s kiss! I am celiac, and I am happy to say that I can have quite a few dishes. My all time favorite is the salmon bento. This place is a MUST when visiting Golden!

Im surprised this place doesn’t have a higher rating- it’s to die for! The space is gorgeous and transports me to a hip Japanese joint. We sat at the bar and the bartender was super sweet and personable, even giving us some hike recommendations. The food was AMAZING- As a vegan I enjoyed the shishito peppers, sesame braised cabbage, and the miso ramen. My boyfriend also got the dumplings and spicy ramen, and we both were very happy with all the dishes- even though we were painfully full by the time our main dishes came out. And Kirin beer on tap, of course. We will definitely be back, thank you!!
