I like the dumplings here! Consistently delicious! I cannot in good conscience recommend the ramen, the "chef" seriously needs to step away from the ginger! Wayyy too much ginger! They are stingy with the other toppings so maybe that is why they overuse the ginger? NEVER order ramen for take out, it ends up a huge mess as they somehow don't have containers that adequately handle the liquid ramen.

We are visiting from San Diego so our taste of Japanese food is a little different. The dumplings was ok. The fried rice tasted it had too much soy sauce. The duck in the duck bun was a bit dry. Not bad overall but for the price I expected more.

This ramen is not made with bone broth. Ramen broth when authentically and correctly made should have “umami” - dimension and a savory profile. This ramen lacked that. While the portions were generous, I felt it was a hot bowl of soup eaten with chopsticks, not true ramen. Aside from the disappointing food, service was great and the kitchen accomodated my gluten allergy with professionalism and tremendous care.

Ramen was great. Service was great... but I don't recommend the soup dumplings ?.. pretty dry with no soup in them.

Love this ramen spot. They have tons of creative options for appetizers and ramen, I love their shishito peppers and everything is made with great care. Love how I can take the duck ramen home for leftovers and when I take it back out the broth has solidified showing all the collagen and time taken into make the broth.

This was OK ramen - noodles did not seem to be made in house, they were disappointing. Pork broth was the highlight. Chicken kaarage was good but not great.

The pork belly ramen was delicious. I can't speak to the service since I got takeout, but the atomosphere seemed super fun when I stopped in!

Best food, drinks, staff, and owner! This is one of my favorite restaurants in Golden, not just because the great atmosphere. I love the incredible delicious food, all ingredients are fresh and you can tell because everything is so tasty. Some of my favorites are the Miso Ramen and the Bao Buns. ? recommended!

Went for happy hour--$7 cocktails and $5 apps (limited choices). Cocktail was terrific, little and fruity. Soup dumplings were phenomenal! I went with a party of 4 where we each got our own Ramen meal. We could have split 2 dishes as they were quite large. The spicy chicken Ramen was the most flavorful (you will be warned that it is spicy, but it is not all that spicy). The pork belly Ramen was good, pretty flavorful but could have used some spice to elevate it. The pork belly chunks were also quite fatty, so the texture took some getting use to. Overall, good vibe and great service. Would recommend for happy hour.

It was a very short lasted experience unfortunately. We have heard great things. They checked my girlfriends id (understandable since she orders a drink) but then they took the id to the kitchen, and then, asked for a different form of id. We showed them a credit card, AND an insurance card. My girlfriend ordered a Paloma, and we ordered crispy crap wontons which were ok. But the entire time we were eating, we were being watched. As someone who is a server, I understand where they're coming from, but it made the entire experience pretty awkward and uncomfortable, so we just asked for bill. The manager came up and tried asking us some questions before we left but honestly we were so uncomfortable we just wanted to leave. I'm sure it's a great restaurant, just was not a great impression.

Had the sisters and their hubs over. Everyone agreed it was tasty, wanted to know the name of the restaurant and made mental notes to dine-in someday soon. Some of the pork belly was a touch on the dry side but maybe it was intentionally cooked that way for the wet ramen. Also we expected more soup in the soup dumplings. I wouldn't let the last remarks deter you. For take out, the food was above expectations.
