Visited on a Thursday in late October 2024. Location off of main strip in beautiful Golden. Miso soup is very good, and not overly salty, abundant tofu and seaweed. My photos do the sushi zero justice. Rice fully, generously wrapped. Tobiko properly crisp. Tuna had to have been swimming this morning.
This was our first time visit with locals that really enjoy the quality sushi. The atmosphere was so nice during our 2 hour catchup dinner. The sushi selection is excellent and the preparation was beautiful. The wine section is also nice and generous pours. Highly appreciated and recommended.
Some of the most decadent and creative sushi I’ve had in the west.
The staff were super helpful and welcoming even as I dined casual after a river float in Golden. The tamari sauce had its own adorable clay vessel, and the aesthetics of the food were as great as the flavors. ??
