I placed an online order today 7/17/25, I ordered a Watermelon Mango Refresher. I never received it. I tried to call Panda Express at the number listed, it is a recording that tells you 'no one is there to take your call' and the call disconnects. If you have any problems with your order, you will end up eating the cost.

Not sure if the food is good at this location because the rude workers like to close it down an hour to 40 minutes before they close. Went today at 7:10, they close at 8, and was told what they had left out was my only option... no meat, white rice, and something that looked super old idk what it was. After I said nevermind I watched 6 other people do the same thing... not sure their boss would like that. Oh well went to lu house down the street and got better food. Booooo do better!

The staff working today is 10 star service. The food was the best Panda Express I’ve had yet. Everything was very fresh! The manager on duty was very welcoming and friendly. I love this panda location!

I like panda. Not this panda.
- Cold food.
- gigantic sized cabbage fragments in lo mein
- Orange chicken bites that are mostly crunchy breading
- literally half of lo mein is spoon sized onions
- Wontons cream cheese is chalky somehow?
- two of us threw the whole thing away after a few bites. It made us feel sick and this is NOT how Panda is supposed to be.

Oh, and I hope you like screaming children running around.

drive the extra 12 minutes to the next panda or get the food at the Cajun place nextdoor, it's like panda but not terrible.

Longhaul Preacher

So… it is in a mall. A serious minus for the crowds though there is a nearby carousel. The service was fast for a Panda, but was so crowded they were almost forced to be. And to top it all off, something, maybe the Super Greens, was WAY oversalted. It was like taking bites of pure salt instead of tasting the cooking. Can’t say that I recommend it.

Vegetarian options: If they hadn’t oversalted the Super Greens to the point of barely being edible. They might have something. Do not recommend.

Dietary restrictions: Heavy handed with the salt.

Kid-friendliness: Carousel right in the food court. Currently $5 a ride (3/2025).

Go to a different restaurant. This location doesn’t care about a line or the people waiting to be served. They have long lines and they stop serving people. Management pulls service line people despite people waiting. Long waits and bad service.

Cook wasnt wear gloves, so I told anne the manager about that and instead to aproach the issue profesional, she asked me if I speak spanish so I can told the cook to wear gloves because the cook didnt speak english, so when I told her is not my job, she went and told the cook what I told her and she point at me, and the time I was eating at the dinning tables with my family the cook that didnt wear gloves she kept stare at me, as a manager you shouldnt do that, and the cook just wear gloves for few minutes. Very unprofesional manager Anne.
