Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Several months ago, I came into this establishment at the golden location and had ordered online for pick up. My husband ran in to grab the order when he got home. I realize that one of our pizzas was made incorrectly and we were missing our cheese bread so I called the store to get the situation handled so I could come back and get the correct order I dealt with the gentleman named Pete, who was extremely unprofessional rude verbally attacked me over the phone for requesting what I ordered and paid for, then when I came in to get my remade order, he was nowhere to be found stood in the lobby for several minutes before yelling into the back for assistance. When he approached the counter, he said do you want your order remade or not? said that he would trespass me all because I want my order made correctly and wanted what I paid for not to mention he had not brushed his hair and was working in a dirty T-shirt and basketball shorts I would never step foot in this establishment Again, nothing was done when I tried to reach the manager(Who he refused to give me any information on name, contact information, etc.) owner or the corporate highly disappointed in how this situation was handled, they could just watch their cameras and see how crazy their own employee was acting. I should not be made to feel like an inconvenience when I’m a paying customer. And not to mention that it was dead, not a soul was in the building other than the worker Pete.

Went for 10.99 Tuesday pizza. Went to different papa Murphy's walked in order cowboy pizza. Was told would be 12.00 ? It's 10.99 Tuesday. So, I went to different one

Papa M's always has great food. It's pizza, so it's kinda hard to mess up, not that it can't be messed up; it's just difficult. But even though it's take-n-bake, and it's a little more complicated than getting ready-to-eat pizza, it's totally worth it--especially since it costs way less.

Take out at PM really isn't like a sports bar but but the employees were doing exactly what they needed to do and even had time to share some light conversation. Love the smell of raw pizza. :-) Love it being baked too.
Only problem I have is there isn't enough pizza for leftovers, ever 😋
