Parfait Co. is an absolute gem! Eva is amazing — she welcomed us so warmly, and you can truly feel that she loves what she does. Most of her desserts are pre-order, but she always has something beautiful and delicious available to buy.
The pastries are on another level: stunning, thoughtful, and each one looks like a piece of art. From the vibrant pistachio slice to the elegant white mousse, the rich chocolate–hazelnut cake, and the gorgeous berry and citrus pastries, every detail is perfect.

WOW the quality is unmatched! Taste took me immediately back to France. Not only do they look too pretty to eat, the freshness and elite ingredients are immediately noticed. I’m shocked by the life changing pastry’s & desserts at this hidden gem. A MUST try!!

The Chloe and the Helene are delicious, so many flavors, it is worth it!!! I recommend it. The service is great, the quality is outstanding and it's amazing visit every time. By far the best patisserie in Colorado.

It’s always a wonderful experience whenever I go in! Svetsal (I don’t know how to spell her name and I deeply apologize!) the lady who owned Parfait Co and makes the deserts, she is a supper sweet person and she is wonderful to talk to! The diffrent treats she makes are wonderful every time! My favorites are the chocolate cakes and the macaroons, they are moist and full of flavor. Today I went in to pick up some desserts (as imaged below) I have so far tried the brownies and they are incredible! Moist, dense, wonderful chocolate flavor and a little bit of raspberry on top, super incredible! I’m excited to try the chocolate cake, macaroon and the cherry tart. Also the designs in the desserts are beautiful! The cherry tart looks like a Snow White Poison apple, it’s beautifully glazed. The chocolate web design on the chocolate cake is beautifully done just like the cherry tart. These desserts aren’t the only ones that have beautiful designs. The chocolate cakes has beautiful golden designs on the top, and the other dessert are beautifully designed, I just don’t have any images to show and it’s been a minute since i had one, but the desserts are incredible!! I highly highly recommend Parfait Co to everyone, they have super wonderful desserts and the people there are super sweet!

Amazing tasting cakes, the best cake I have had in Colorado- it was easy to order and pickup. You do need to order a day prior but it’s soooooooo worth it!

Had been wanting to try this patisserie for quite some time and it did not disappoint! Perfect amount of decadence and flavor in every bite!
The desserts are delectable. Almost too pretty to eat. But, I say “almost”. You must enjoy their handcrafted, unique flavored desserts. Definitely not industrial- strength and laced with preservatives.
The time and devotion given to the Intricate designs and decorations shows true passion for their craft.

There’s only outdoor sitting and no bathroom so prepare for that. She suggest that we message her on Instagram to let them know you’re ocoming so they can prepare because they’re really small shop but the desserts were very delicious.
